In trying to find A jeweler who would appraise an engagement ring, I purchased it from a friend I called Kazazian's Fine Jewelry and asked them if they could do the appraisal that I was much needing. When a very courteous lady answered the phone named Hope, she was very professional and very understanding of the expedited appraisal that I needed. When I arrived at the store I was met with such great customer service I was not rushed I was not hounded I was not pushed I was asked how may we SERVE you. The owner took my ring looked at it show me the diamond through the diamond loop showed me the inclusions explained the whole process of what the appraisal consisted of and proceeded to do his magic and ended up showing me some of the most beautiful jewelry custom design work that he created. We even joked about the ring he wears which I admire which is of a skull with a nice diamond ring on the forehead and laughed about it…. but you will have to go to the store to find out what the story is lol. I proceeded to check out and Murphy's law took over my card did not go through because I am transferring from another city in Texas and they understood and I was not judged for my card being declined which was very embarrassing lol. Hope was very understanding and the appraisal was paid for that day without even realizing my letter of appraisal was completed before the date I was expecting. So when she professionally explained the process and the documents that were given to me to give to my insurance, she was so polite the owner came out and we joked and he thanked me for my patronage and I thanked him for his professionalism and expertise. I definitely will come back and have him design the Masonic ring that I've been wanting to have custom-made by someone of his high caliber make for me. Again I cannot express how happy and elated I am with the service and praise value of my ring (my jaw just dropped lol). I rarely write reviews, but this one needed to be shared. We need to support the local business owners and local professionals who support and give to the community, such as KAZAZINA'S Find jewelry and custom design. To be honest, I didn't feel like a store I felt like family, I love that I will be a customer for life with Mr. Kazarizian, Hope, and the staff, so make a trip, it's worth (I live in Atascosa and it was worth the drive). Too bad there are only 5 stars in the ratings as I would give 1000 stars and infinity for his service knowledge and professionalism in the industry of fine jewelry. If you would like to buy jewelry there then by all means. I have nothing against their jewelry; what I do have against them is there poor servicing on watches. So I would recommend avoiding purchasing watches there and getting them service. I took my watch to get it serviced ( mind you in pristine condition with no scratches on the back or bezel) because it had an internal clicking noise (most likely a loose screw) and all I wanted was an estimate to about how much the repair would cost and would have to wait about a week ( no problem there). My problem became within the following week when they called me and told me the watch is ready. Which I still never gave the ok, so for all I know the repair could have been 100$ , however the repair ended up being 20$ which is doable (even at that no complaints). My major problem is when I got my watch back, and the back of the watch had major scratches and dents on the bezel. Like I said my watch was in pristine condition (it wasn't a cheap watch but it wasn't the most expensive one either), and Claudia bridal sales consultant immediately came over and made excuses. For example she asked if they changed the battery here, I said no , and she replied back saying that she wasn't responsible for the scratches or damages on the watch. I immediately told her they had to open the back to resolve the internal clicking. They semi-buffered the back and were scratches still being notable. Now I know many people think its just the back, but this watch to me holds sentimental value and even at that there should be no excuse for this kind of half-job on it. So I would not recommend bringing any watches there. Like I said jewelry, by all means, that's fine. This store came to me highly recommended and to have this deception about the store is the reason of the one star.

Let me assure you that if you have ANY doubt about leaving your ring for repair...DON’T WORRY!! My fiancé purchased my ring 4 years ago in the Virgin Islands. I’ve lost weight and need to go down from a 7.5 to a 5. We took it to “another” jeweler who sized it and within 1 day a diamond came out when we had been told my ring would be re-tipped with the excess gold they were going to be cutting out. Shortly thereafter 2 additional diamonds came out. I cried and was so upset and put my ring back in the box until we could find another jeweler. 6 months later I researched and found this location online. I walked into very extremely knowledgeable staff!! Courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. You will not leave uneasy or not knowing what is being done. I was called several weeks later (I had to get it re-sized to a 5.5, add 2 diamonds and re-tip) and received back a better ring then when he proposed! It was gorgeous and I will never ask again where I should take my ring should I need additional service and my fiancé already picked my wedding band that was custom made there on-site by the jeweler. Please please give this place a try, you absolutely WILL NOT walk away disappointed!

In 2017, Haroot took my Mother’s engagement and wedding rings, which fit no one in our family, and reworked it to create a beautiful ring guard that ‘floated’ Mom’s diamonds over my gold band wedding ring. It was so lovely and meaningful. When I went to pick up the finished piece, he explained to me that it was “the love of your parents surrounding the love you have with your husband.” Unfortunately, in the last couple of years I have lost weight and in July, 2021, it slipped off my finger and was lost. I was heartbroken. Just this past November, I met with Haroot again to share my idea for a new “family” ring. My idea was for an oval diamond with 6 emeralds, signifying our marriage with the diamond, and my 3 children and their spouses represented by the 6 emeralds, all in yellow gold. Additionally, I wanted 8 diamonds set in 2 white gold bands to be representative of our 8 grandchildren. Haroot hit it out of the park! I could not be happier! I think he did an exceptional job! He is truly an artist and I couldn’t recommend him more highly! If you are looking for something unique and want a special piece of jewelry, you couldn’t possibly find anyone more talented!

I have been following Kazazian's since they opened up in Ingram Mall when they first started. I will never forget them because I recall the time that I would spend hours in there store for months and then I started to tell everyone that would pass by their store about the location and just how great their price's are and that this was the place to be and buy their jewelry was the best. I for years tried to purchase many things from them when I was much younger with the pay of $4.75 hour obviously would not pay bills and jewelry at any time and anywhere. Until the day I got married I passed by with cash and bought our wedding bands from both COUSINS and at the end I was given a great price and I was also able to get my baby at the time some diamond earing's as well. Not only did I get a great price but I also made some great FREINDS FOR LIFE. Both the owner and his cousin runs the place and I WILL ALWAYS BE APPRECIATIVE ON EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE IN THE PASS 15 YEARS I HAVE KNOWN THEM. I cannot find the words to convey the absolute talent and artistry the jewelers have in this awesome jewelry store, as well as the very professional and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable sales associate, Hope. We have been using them as our primary for all our jewelry needs for over ten years and recently had a custom piece done for our tenth wedding anniversary. I was referred to Kazazians by a good friend about 15 years ago as I wanted to see about changing the look of my wedding ring. I was very pleased with the wedding ring they made for me. It was high-quality and was made exactly as I wanted it. It was also surprisingly affordable. I had them make me a second ring using stones from other rings that I no longer wore. Anytime I wear it; people always ask where I got it and say that it is so beautiful. They have always serviced my wedding ring to make sure it is still in tip top shape and have also repaired other jewelry that I have brought in. Anytime I have gone in to the store, the staff was always very knowledgeable and seemed very happy to help. I always feel very welcomed by the owners and by the staff when I go there. I would recommend Kazazians to anybody looking to purchase jewelry or have custom jewelry made it to have any of your jewelry repaired. Their prices will not break the bank. Just stop by and see them and they’ll take the time and give you a quote. Their workmanship is top notch.

I went in there about 2 weeks ago... spoke with Claudia, she was very nice & informative. My fiancée & I left without a ring because we did not have the 20% down plus I wanted to continue looking. Long story short we continued to look and well we found a ring at a different store she called me 3 days in a row while I am at work, she asked why I didn't come back in. I explained to her... she proceeded to ask me questions about the ring, where I got it, how much we spent. Which I didnt mind answering the questions. But my complaint is when she seemed to get upset that we went to another store. I told her the deal we got and then she said she could have done something better (that was not the case 2 weeks ago) then she proceeded to try to make me feel bad by saying "I guess I am just a horrible sales person". Quite frankly, if you had better deals to offer... you should have offered them 2 weeks ago not when I tell you I went to another store ...

My fiancé and I ordered a ring enhancer from another jeweler that did a less that satisfactory job of fitting it to the ring and an even worse job of trying to fix their mistake. We tried to find a place to make it right as we didn’t want to take it back to the same place. We ended up trying Kazazians as it was close to where we live. I don’t think we could have made a better decision. From the moment we stepped into the store everyone was incredibly friendly and they were able to help us with our problem. As our wedding was coming up soon, we were on a little bit of a time crunch and Kazazians was even able to fix our ring within the week. They have definitely gained two loyal customers after the service we received when bringing in a product that was not even there’s. I have no complaints and would strongly recommend them.

Claudia is the salesperson who assisted us. My wedding ring had snagged on something. We discovered the main diamond was loose and had not been set correctly. We bought the main diamond & it was set in Alaska. Claudia was very knowledgeable, sweet and introduced us to the on site jeweler (hard to find a full time, on site jewelers). He said we needed new prongs. The ones on the ring were soldered and meant for a flat diamond. My diamond is a domed, multi faceted diamond called The Crown of Light. They estimated it would be ready Wednesday, it was Friday. Saturday I got a call from Claudia. My ring was ready! I believe Claudia & the jeweler went above & beyond! Kazazian’s Fine Jewelry in Rolling Oaks Mall is where to go. They have gorgeous jewelry & incredible staff! Ask for Claudia!!!

I meant to leave this review a couple of weeks ago but anyway great experience!!! Very professional and friendly staff, they even laughed with me when I made a mess of the transaction, not knowing how many items I brought in and forgetting a watch at the store (I dropped them off for a family member, long story lol) and they were very helpful. Also I dropped off my ring to be repaired as one of the stones had fallen out and although it would have been more cost effective to buy a new one it wasn’t about the money, priceless sentimental value! The cost of the repair was actually cheaper than I expected compared to other places I have taken it too and they did exceptional work! Put the stone back, good as new!! Thank you guys! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I started visiting this store when I searched for a jeweler who could CREATE a dragonfly sapphire gold pendant, not a mold but custom. He did so wonderfully in less than 2 weeks on site. That was 7 yrs ago. Since then he has made 5 custom pieces for me and I’ve purchased several others. I have so much faith in there work I even introduced my parents & others to them. They are so friendly, have great prices, helpful and provide awesome feedback on ideas to make things. All in all, they treat you like family friends. You walk in and are greeted as if you just stepped on the set of “Cheers,” that old sitcom where “everybody knows your name!” I strongly recommend any work from simple appraisals to custom work be done here. I don’t go anywhere else.

I needed a replacement for a sapphire & diamond earring I lost. After doing a lot of research and getting several quotes, I spoke with M at Kazazian's. They were not the least expensive option available, but they were definitely the right choice. They were very professional. M worked with me to find a sapphire of the same color as my original earring. After looking at all of the options I selected two slightly larger and "bluer" stones. He was able to use the diamonds in my existing earring for one of the replacements. And he fashioned my original sapphire into a small pendant at no additional cost. He has proven to be very trustworthy and is a wonderful artisan. I am very happy with the final results and I will be visiting them again soon.

Kazazian's is by far the best jeweler in the San Antonio area, possibly the best in Texas. The staff treats you as family and when I purchase anything from them I know I am getting the best quality. They stand behind the jewelry 100%. A good example is when my son in law bought a ring for our daughter while he was deployed in Kuwait. I knew they would sell him a great quality ring at a great price. They actually gave us a better price because of it. I have taken my late Mother's ring to them knowing they would give it the best care possible. And they did. We have bought many pieces from them and they even created a necklace for me. They truly are like family and we trust them completely. You will too.

I've purchased loose stones had specialty pieces made. Necklaces and pendants. Every experience w them has been courteous and enjoyable. No pressure sales. Just explain what I wanted and when they didn't have it, he made it for me. Not to mention they've done multiple repairs for me at no charge. Everything from soldering breaks in chains to adding lobster clasps to broken chains. And I'm not saying that's their policy but he didn't think twice and just fixed it for no charge. Actually waiting right now for them to open to get some stones added to my wife's engagement ring and a pendant added to my Saint Jude. Absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone who's looking for a jeweler.

Maria provided me great service, I recently bought a pandora bracelet so I am shopping for charms and when I approached Maria helped me find some charms and she placed them in layaway for me, I appreciated this because I couldn't go crazy with getting all charms in one sitting and some of the ones I really wanted are limited edition! I also have a hard time finding rings my size since I am always too big for the generic and even the larger size in all retail stores, she then informed they are able to resize a beautiful pandora ring I obsessed over. She was informative and quick to access my needs, absolutely happy with the service here.

Took my watch in for a new battery. Hope was Amazing. She replaced my battery, but one of the hands came off. She immediately advised it could be fixed no problem within 2 days. Boy did she deliver. My watch is fixed, my battery is new and I and my favorite and only Michael Kors is back on my wrist. Thank you Hope for your excellent customer service. This is the only jeweler I trust to repair my jewelry and they are LOCAL! They fixed my .5 carat princess cut diamond that was purchased elsewhere and was rocking in the setting. They changed the setting and fixed my problem. I brought them my 24 carat gold earrings that I had purchased in Qatar. The posts were too fat for my ear holes and no one else would touch the earrings. The jeweler replaced the posts and now I can wear the earrings and matching necklace. I have purchased beautiful jewelry here for myself and as gifts. I come here first for Pandora. I am never disappointed.

Wow... I was so sad when a diamond fell out of my engagement ring. Once we arrived we spoke to Maria who assured us they should be able to repair the ring with no problem. She was absolutely correct. Amazing customer service, positive attitudes with everyone who worked there not to mention the amazing job they did repairing my ring. All of the staff at Kazazian's Fine Jewelry are true gems!!! I've been looking for a large sterling silver chain for over a year. I went in to just "look" and see if they had anything. Much to my surprise, I found the perfect necklace! I was amazed at the huge selection they have to choose from. Not just in silver, but in gold, too! They also carry a large selection of of rings and watches. They customized it to the length that I wanted AND made me matching earrings from what was left. We’ve had some major issues with a big chain jewelry company doing repairs on my ring after losing a diamond and just making everything worse after 3 months of back and forth…we are so grateful for Kazazian’s! They thoroughly examined my ring and were able to tell us exactly what needed to be done to fix current issues with the setting and prevent further issues be re-tipping and adding some prongs. They completed the work surprisingly fast and my ring looks great! Definitely relieved to have found someone we can trust.

I purchased a necklace from an out of town jeweler for wife Christmas. Upon my wife putting it on we noticed the jump clamp was insufficient. Not wanting to go through the trouble of repair at the other jeweler, I took it Kazazian's to see if they could fix it. Not only were they able to fix it on the spot, they didn't even charge me! Yes it was a simple fix, but many merchants still seek to charge something. That meant something to me. Kazazian's will certainly be my preferred jeweler in the future.

Fantastic place! We came here to get a ring resized after one of the chain jewelry stores refused to help us. They quoted us a price to resize and fix the prongs on the diamond - almost half the price of what it would be at the other store. They said it would be ready in about 4 days, but called 2 days later and it was already done. We picked it up and it looked like new again! Great customer service, good prices, and quick work. Would definitely use them again.

I have always had such kind, compassionate service whenever I have gone here to just look, or make a purchase.. I trust the staff completely. I love the fact that they remember me even though I don't get over there as much these days. The staff has been there forever, and I like that obviously they enjoy their job! The lady who has worked there for 18 years insulted us. We are a May December couple happily married. She interrogated us on our age, our kids age then proceeded to talk bad about younger/older couples. I almost asked so you are a marriage counselor? We are madly in love for over 3 years. We will never go back. We were there to buy our real marriage rings not to be told about failure. And we don’t care about her boy friend. She needs to mind her own business.

I cannot recommend this store enough! I was having issues with another chain store taking weeks to size a ring. I picked the ring up and (called ahead) brought it here for what I thought was a 2-3 day turn around (very reasonable). When I arrived, the staff was great and they SIZED THE RING WHILE I WAITED! It was amazing. Very friendly staff, very helpful, and very well priced. I will always go back here from now on and support a small family owned business.

Wonderful craftsmanship and speedy service! Bought an engagement ring online from an Etsy shop and needed to resize up , they were very informative and let me know the outcome could vary depending on the actual quality and material of the ring band. Everything worked out great in the end , you can’t even tell the band was resized and the on-site jeweler even upped the karat on the solid gold band. Definitely will be coming back for all our jewelry needs !

I am so glad that I "found" Kazazians Jewelry Store! It is so conveniently located at my area mall (Rolling Oaks) in San Antonio, Tx. The jewelry is beautiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable and not pushy like at other jewelry stores. My experience there is always wonderful! And again, did I mention that the jewelry is beautiful? I'm not sure why they have a 4.9 star review, they deserve a complete 5 stars! I brought in my moms 38 year old ring, as a valentines day surprise, that needed diamond replacements and repair. The staff there were friendly and knowledgeable. I was alright with the estimated repair date of Feb. 15th, but was greeted with a pleasant call that surprised me 3 days early! Beautiful results! Took my necklace to get the clasp replaced and didn't realize how much the piece needed cleaning. Out of towner working an emergency response. Visited Kazazian's to have my watch battery replaced on my lunch break. I had called beforehand, and they said they would do it while I waited. When I arrived, they were waiting for me! Watch battery was immediately replace (maybe 3 minutes!!!). Staff was personable and polite. Very friendly and engaging and the price was beyond fair! Highly recommended!

I went to Kazazian’s because i read reviews saying it was a really awesome jewelry repair place. It was everything i read. They were super friendly, did repairs to several pieces of jewelry at very reasonable prices, and I really felt valued as a customer. I like that it’s a family owned business. I bought my wife's wedding ring from them many years ago. The ring was a custom build which not many people did/do. He was happy to take on the project and it came out flawless. A few years later I went back to have an anniversary band made to add to the wedding band. It was perfect as well. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this jeweler to everyone.

I was so happy when they told me they could fix my wedding set. I had broken the prongs that held the diamond. Even though I had not purchased the set from them, they were happy to repair it. Great service. Quick and very reasonable. Small shop is set in the back of a Souvenir Shop near the corner of 5th Avenue and 35th Street. Guy is very nice and gets the job done quickly. Prices are very reasonable, especially for midtown. They do basic watch repairs, battery replacements and band adjustments.
