I had an allergic reaction and nurse on call sent me the number to this gp or go to emergency. I drove to the gp as it was closer than the hospital. The staff behind the desk all 3 of them took about 5 mins to notice me standing there as they were too busy talking about someone who had gout (hopefully not a patient). When I was finally acknowledged by staff I said I needed to see a gp to which I was told all booked out I need an appointment. They wouldn't take me as a walk in. I said ill have to go hospital then to which she replied "then go there" I'd never been spoken to with such attitude and rudeness with a lack of care towards well-being. I went to the hospital which helped me straight away as my throat was swelling more and more. My mother was trying to get my baby out the car too I had to tell her to put him back in. When I told the hospital doctor he couldn't believe they rejected me also, said to not go back there, and I won't be.

I have been visiting Kealba Clinic for over 25 years. I find its the best clinic for families, its very clean and tidy. Doctors at this clinic have always been very helpful, kind and considerate. The staff is wonderful, caring and understanding. The best Doctor I saw there was Dr. Simon James. Although he practices at a different clinic in Melbourne now, in my view he is the best Doctor EVER in Australia to have worked here in the past. Then I found Dr. Lim pin pin who was an amazing doctor. Now I find Dr. Marcie Govender who is very good and caring and Dr Somayeh too. Today I saw Dr. Sam for the first time. I found Dr. Sam is very professional kind and considerate, he was very helpful and thorough and very knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to as well. The quality of the service at this clinic is of high level. staff are very helpful too. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Dr Somayeh Mohaghegh is a shining example of what a GP should be. She shows a genuine care for my wellbeing, my current health and isn't trying to rush me out the door like other GPs I have been to. Despite not attending her clinic for 2 years (due to COVD) she referenced the last thing we discussed two years ago to ensure that I was doing okay for that particular issue. She takes the time to explain things slowly and in simple terms so that you can understand what the root of the problem might be. She also is great at taking questions and answering them. I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for a GP. I know it can be hard to attend the clinic if you are working as they are only 9-5 but it's definitely worth it.

I went to the surgery on Monday 16th Septewith breathing difficulties. It was 4.45 p.m. Have been there before btw. Told the Receptionist I needed to see a doctor as I was struggling for breath. She told me the surgery closed at 5 so was too late to see a doctor!!!! I was absolutely floored. Left obviously, saying breathing obviously not important. Her lack of anything remotely professional a discredit to this practice. Drove to another practise I had not been to before where I was seen within 5 minutes after I got there. Had a temp of 38.3C and put on the nebuliser straight away. Their Receptionist could see how much I was struggling for breath. Obviously will never go there again.

I recommend this clinic to everyone, especially Dr. Somayeh Mohaghegh, a general practitioner. This doctor is very kind and responsible, and she is very skilled in treating and diagnosing diseases, and by taking the time and listening carefully to all her medical duties. I have seen two doctors at this clinic, and would never return. The first one refused to believe I was genuinely sick. Didn't listen to my symptoms at all. The second one kicked me out of my ten minute appointment five minutes in because he was very busy. Such unprofessionalism and a lack of wanting to assist. Better off saving your time.

From the moment you walk in the receptionists are really enthusiastic and friendly. The general practitioners are also extremely caring. I don’t live in the area any more but I still travel to see Kealba Family Practice as the service and care received is always excellent.

Have been going to Kealba Family Practice since I was a child. Always had exceptional practitioners who really care about your health. There is usually a nurse on site as well for my son’s vaccinations which is convenient. Will continue coming here for years to come

I returned to this clinic after so many years and have no regrets. Dr Somayehs services is of high standards and takes the time to listen and is thorough when giving a care plan. She is excellent in Women's Health and I highly recommend her.

Dr Somayeh is a fantastic GP. Knowledgeable about all sorts of conditions and takes an interest in your well being. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Not welcoming at all asked to see a doctor. And got served with a rude attitude they dident even try to help. I advise st Luke just around the corner
