I rang up last year regarding the sale of my property. The guy I spoke to didn't want to visit and gave me an estimate of what I could expect to get over the phone. He didn't seem all that interested in the potential sale. I knew it was way too low an estimate and advertised elsewhere. My flat sold for 60k over their estimate.

The team were very friendly and helpful. The sales consultant arranged a viewing, meeting me on his day off, as this was the only time I could manage. The sales co-ordinator was also very helpful, responding quickly to emails (even on her day off!) and doing her best to speed up the awkward process of buying in London.

I rented my flat in Tufnell Park for over 10 years with Keatons. In a business not necessarily known for friendliness and decent people, these guys stand out as being proactive, understanding, helpful and going above and beyond the minimum needed.
