When I was looking for a larger home this summer, I was recommended to Ken Tripp and his team for their great service and their common sense approach! Thank goodness I did, because this market was nuts! He took us through a few houses, and helped us to act fast when we found one that checked all of our must haves! Success! But then I had to quickly sell my existing home - within a month, and again, he and his team, helped us navigate this tricky and fast paced market. With a tight timeline, he gave me tips to help my home show its best, brought in a great photographer and then marketed it really well. Ken made my first home buying experience an incredible easy process. He was on top of everything. Got us in to see every house at exactly the time we were looking for. Never an issue going to see houses all over the city. We decided to completely change what we we're looking for and he adjusted and got us to see properties we were interested in. Sold me a lemon for a house. The house's plumbing was completely frozen and needed replacement and the bank Ken was representing made efforts to purposely cover up all the damage to fetch their asking price. There were incredulous, suspicious circumstances regarding the sale and the state of the property. Yes. Took the bank to court. Yes - I WON. Ken would not return my calls or emails regarding the lawsuit. I would NOT recommend him as an agent.
