We requested flowers which would brighten up the room for someone recovering at home from an operation, and left it to the florist to produce a suitable arrangement. Also, we wanted them sent the same day, which didn’t leave much time. The flowers were delivered that afternoon, and our friend LOVED them. She could not have been happier. She immediately sent us a photo and sent another one a few days later- they were still blooming beautifully. They had the desired effect and provided a lot of pleasure. We are so happy with the service and the ability and experience of the florist that made the floral arrangement for us. From our experience we would happily recommend the Kenmore Village Florist.

Severely overpriced. Very disappointed in the store, you should not buy anything from this rip-off merchant. I noticed last week in Coles they were selling orchids from $25 for small $35 for large. Now today I see the small orchids selling for $68 in the exact same packaging as they were in Coles this is a joke you should be ashamed of yourself. People are smarter than you think and I hope your business goes down. We can’t not have this businesses rip people off any longer. Also when you compare other prices they are overpriced as well do research before buying in the store will you will be ripped off they don’t care about you. Just care about making top dollar.

Unfortunately they do not live up to their ethos they preach in their BIO. I attempted to send sympathy flowers through their website, I used Apple Pay which changed my delivery address? (I’m assuming as I entered the appropriate delivery address in delivery section, the management in the situation was disgraceful, the owner argued instead of assisting me to resolve, had a defensive attitude on the phone and additionally hung up on me. Kenmore florists were incredibly unhelpful in resolving the matter, the owner proceeded to poorly manage my order and treated me as the customer with disrespect. Do not recommend.

I bought 3 roses from you on the 7th April to place near my husbands Grave on the occasion his Birthday .You chose the flowers for me with so much care and I placed them in a vase in the cemetery . I was happy because they looked beautiful and came away thinking well they look good for the day..Imagine my surprise to find that after 8 days I st found the roses opened out and beautiful as fresh and the leaves were green too ... I felt so connected and happy .and shared a picture of the prettiest red rose with my friends today 15th April Thank you Kenmore Florist I do cherish such service .

If there were 6 stars, they'd have them! What an amazing experience I had on Monday for my 2nd Wedding anniversary. Nowhere in Brisbane had Cotton flowers (traditional 2nd year gift) but Trish and the team went over and above to source some, make a beautiful bouquet with some greens and 2 red roses to accentuate the 2 years married. Also getting it delivered to my Wife's work. All of the above with Zero fuss and a will do attitude, I'll be using this team for all my occasions I require great service. I had the most wonderful evening making my very own Christmas wreath with the lovely ladies from the Kenmore Village Florist. Laura and Krysten were awesome with all their advice along the way, and we were able to use the most beautiful stock to put into our wreath. With a glass of bubbles on arrival it made for a chilled night out with my friend! I was very proud of my final product. Can’t wait for the next workshop! X

I have used this florist before but after their amazing customer service on such a busy weekend I will never go anywhere else. Due to a miscommunication/interpretation I received something which was not appropriate for my event, however their customer service in not only handling the situation but rectifying by replacing the arrangement in under 2 hours with delivery was commendable and so much appreciated. I regularly get flowers from Kenmore Village Florist. I have never been the slightest bit disappointed. Each time I get a delivery I think how on earth can they do any better. The thing is they do. I can't recommend them highly enough. I also love buying flowers as gifts and I have never had the receiver say anything other than they are the most beautiful flowers they have ever had. They also have some wonderful gifts.

I received a bunch of flowers from Kenmore Village Florist recently and not only were they beautiful but with a bit of love I got over 2 weeks enjoyment out of them. I also sent a bunch to a friend and hers were equally beautiful. The team obviously use great quality flowers and have a real talent for creating gorgeous arrangements. Worth every cent for the beautiful arrangement and incredible quality flowers!

I purchased some roses from a supermarket. Realizing they were a bit plain I took them to kenmore village florist to get them spruced up (at the going rate). I was greeted by an auburn-haired lady who said they definitely do not touched other people's flowers. Apparently, if she touched them and someone complained about the flowers, she would be responsible. I was left speechless!

Such a great experience attending the Christmas wreath workshop, Laura and I hope I got the right spelling.. Krysten.. Who were great fun, and only too happy to help out. Great night out with friends, so much laughter and all while learning how to make a gorgeous wreath. So impressed with the finished wreath, highly recommend and looking forward to more workshops.

I did a fabulous living Christmas Wreath Workshop with Laura and Jo. It was excellent value. Laura’s demonstration and easy to follow instructions had even a novice like me producing something I am very proud to have as a centre piece on my table. The quality of if the foliage and flowers was excellent! I can’t wait to do another workshop!

They did the flowers for my December 1st wedding. They were above expectations! I was beyond incredibly happy with what they did! The price was less than I had expected and was quoted by other florists also! The table arrangements are still going too so I’ve had them through my house Thor over 2 weeks. I have had an excellent experience ordering flowers over the phone. Both Trish and Kristy were very helpful. Stephen, your review is very unfair, you don't take a steak to a restaurant and ask them to cook it, so don't ask a florist to do the same and next time buy your flowers from a florist.

Amazing service!!! I could not find a florist to deliver flowers on a Sunday for my Mum's 50th, I called Kenmore as a desperate last ditch attempt and Emma was so nice as my mum is not in their delivery zone she offered to deliver them herself! I couldn't be more grateful!!
