Kennards has exceeded my expectations in every way! Wayne from HQ recommended we check out the Frenchs Forest site, and let us know to speak to Joel, the manager. Wayne gave us great tips and answered all our queries about insurance and security. Joel made excellent recommendations to us, gave a full tour, and helped us to receive a large shipment. It is very clear the company culture is embedded throughout, the service is impeccable and consistent. The Frenchs Forest site is new and spotless, with great facilities. I would definitely recommend Kennards Frenchs Forest for anyone looking to safe, easy storage solutions.

We have used the facility at Frenchs Forrest for the second time and have been extremely happy with the clean and secure allocated storage spaces on both occasions. This time was for five months. The staff there are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The 24 hour access worked without any problems and they provided at no additional cost, a depot for the delivery of parcels and furniture flat packs. We would certainly recommend them to others. Every member of staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, all staff went exceptional, nothing was a problem. They provide an extensive array of moving equipment including access to a free tall and covered trailer, trolleys and large lift access to your storage unit. The storage factoids are exceptional in terms of ease of access, environmental controls, cleanliness etc… We would strongly recommend using Kennards storage Frenchs Forest.

Came in today to return a parcel back to the US. Bob was so kind and friendly that he made sure my parcel was secured with extra tap. Bob really went above and beyond with the exceptional customer service that he provided. Would recommend 10/10 coming here if you have any related parcel services that needs to be addressed. Bob was very professional and I am pleased with his service at Kennards.

I went to pick-up a package and was met with exceptional service!! Glad I chose to pick up my package from here instead of waiting weeks for Australia Post to get their * together. The place also seemed so clean and inviting. I haven't used the storage facilities but for picking up packages, wow, above and beyond, I haven't felt this satisifed ever before about picking up a package.

Absolutely fabulous, well maintained place with a separate room for your parcels coming in or out, and a small kitchen. Easy access to units. I've rented a 30sqm space for my business for a year at Kennards Storage Frenchs Forest after moving from the overpriced Storage King next door. Lovely, very helpful people, especially Nash & Bob! Excellent customer service, fantastic location, easy parking, i have discovered the best location to have all my online purchases pickup parcel collect items delivered. Instead of having them thrown on my home doorstep I get them delivered to Kennards French's Forest which is so much safer. This arrangement is working really well for me and I can collect them any time I want.

I was coming here to drop off a return at ParcelPoint, which was a bit confusing as there isn't any ParcelPoint signage. But once I went inside, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Lots of easy parking outside too.
