Attended location for an Amazon drop off a week ago per the Amazon instructions. Kennards staff member explained that Amazon instructions left some parts out so she provided instructions for next time. Attempted a drop off this afternoon and followed packing instructions given at last drop off. Was rudely told by the staff member this time that the item was incorrectly packed and I’d need to buy tape to ship the item. When explaining I was following the steps provided by his former the staff member replied “I’ve been working here for 16 years” fearing a grandpa Simpson situation and a full explanation of why wearing and onion on the belt was fashionable during his youth I explained I’ll just go somewhere else and left. I won’t be returning for Amazon drop off or storage solutions. Please note my past experience was rated 5 stars, I’ve deleted and this is my new rating. I’ll also be reaching out to Amazon drop off service to provide this feedback directly.

I have held my storage unit for just over a year now and use it for my work literature and marketing material. Since the very beginning Mike has been nothing but professional, efficient, courteous and helpful. From selecting the most accessible and appropriate size unit, offering me racking for rent as well as setting me up with Go Get. I am incredibly pleased with my text notifications once deliveries arrive, as I receive many! I haven't dealt with David much by virtue of the times that I visit however when I have he has been most helpful also. I am very happy and don't intend on going anywhere else! Thanks gentlemen.

Mike, David and their team have been such a delight! We love them! The storage facilities are fantastic, very clean and secure and safe to access any time. I went to Kennards at Kirrawee just to purchase some cardboard for my 4 grandkids to use as sleds on Kurnell Sandhills on the school holidays. The lady who served me was Slvia and she was delightful. Instead of paying for a few pieces of cardboard to use as slides she found recycled cardboard out the back of the store and said it was free. I was happy to pay for it but she said it would do the job and the kids would have a good time. Excellent service - thanks Sylvia Bob

I've used Kennards before in Harris Park when I needed to store a few things and I've used these guys again. I always I think they will be the most expensive self storage option so I try and look at the competitors, but honestly I don't know why I bother. Kennards wins hands down. We found that there service is simply, good old fashion service where the customer comes first. All the bank would learn a lot is they if they came out to Kennards Self Storage at Kirrawee. We stored items with them for 9 months and we did not have any issues with any of the other families who used their services. If there were 6 stars, these guys would have earnt it! I had my unit for 9 months and everything was kept well and secure. Access was great with an elevator lift and provision of trolley's were abundant. I had many a friendly chat with Mike and would definitely recommend this location for safe storage (and friendly chats!!!). Very professional. Many thanks for all your time and advice.

I called in at Kennards Kirrawee in a state, looking for storage which was required urgently and unexpectedly. David was so friendly, helpful and professional. He went out of his way to assist me with my problem. He was kind enough to call the next day to ensure that my problem had been resolved. I can totally recommend Mike and David at Kennards Self Storage @ Kirrawee, having used their services for six years. The centre is always clean, the security excellent and "the boys" very helpful. I recently vacated the storage unit and forgot to cancel my Direct deposit, a text arrived from Mike and my unused rent was quickly refunded. I would recommend this storage to anyone.

Booked online. Received a confirmation text message, another text message with a contact card to save to my phone and then call within an hour of completing my booking. I then received a call from David to check in with me about the purposes of our stage to ensure we had chosen the right option. It was the most fantastic customer service experience I’ve had in a while.

Mike and David were very helpful and explained the conditions of the rental clearly. the cost was reasonable and getting access to my locker was easy and straighforward. the security added by Kennards is great and i felt very comfortable knowing my belongings would not go missing. i'll definitely be using these facilities again in the future if needed.

Steve/Stephen was a huge help in getting boxes and things for my move. He had a wealth of useful tips and suggestions (will remember the one about establishing a rapport with the locals in the area) and made the process very quick and easy. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again for moving equipment!

We stored the contents of our house here for a year while we rebuilt. The staff are extremely helpful with advice and no hard sell. We vacated our storage unit with practically no notice but our unused rent was promptly refunded. I'd recommend this place to anyone in a similar situation.

The staff who we dealt with was very friendly, and extremely helpful with our situation. The location is convenient, the complex is huge, and the extra security for piece of mind is definitely worth the money. Free water and coffee/tea in a little complimentary room. Toilets on site.

This storage facility is excellent. Mike and David could not be more helpful. Everything I asked for was done quickly and efficiently. This included changing units to a smaller size. Also the hire of the trailer was so easy and cheap. Highly recommended.
