I have just finished a storage rental with Kennards Storage at Thornleigh. I can't rate Kennards at Thornleigh highly enough. Whenever I went there it was always clean and easy to access and there were always plenty of trolleys available. As strange as it might sound I felt there was always a good feel about the place too. I was happy with everything about my experience. My biggest praise goes to the two men who run the facility, Anthony and Krishna, their customer service was excellent, they kept me informed on all that I needed and wanted to know and they were a real pleasure to deal with. I will also miss the friendly conversations I shared with them. Thank you.

We've been with Kennards Storage for many years and I've been happy to stay with Kennards for many years to come... although as of this late 2023 we've moved to a larger property and our time with Kennards has come to an end.The facilities are secured, clean and good service from their sincere staff... We want to thank all of the Kennards staff for their help and advice since we've relocated to the Thornleigh KSS facility. We wish everyone at Kennards good tidings for the future and thank you again for everything.

The staff provided excellent service. However, the pricing structure was a concern. Despite initial yearly increments, the rates began to rise every quarter. We noticed an annual increase of at least $28, which is 10% YoY – a clear indication of "corporate" greed. Furthermore, while there are lower prices available on their website, it requires relocating to a different unit. The facilities are well-maintained and clean. My rate kept rising up to $368 for a 3X3m but online the price is $297. Choose carefully!

I am using Kennards Thornleigh to store some deeply sentimental furniture. From the start Anthony and Krishna have been personable, caring, helpful and professional. I agree with another review that the whole place has a good vibe about it. I think it's because of Anthony and Krishna. Also, everything is clean and well looked after. I hope that whoever owns this business realises what incredible employees they have working here and rewards them accordingly.

We purchased some moving boxes from Anthony and to our delight he informed us that they will refund boxes if they have only been used once. In our opinion this is an excellent service provided by Kennards Self Storage. We returned all the boxes today and received our refund immediately :) Thank you Anthony for your excellent customer service.

From the beginning, their service/assistance were superb! We contacted from oversea by email, and they were quick and answered very efficiently. I visit this Kennards hire place for hiring machinery and to buy shipping and the experience has been consistently great. The staff is helpful, parking possible, in close proximity and opening hours are quite great. Today I found out they even take the Parcelpoint drop offs as well! Bonus! Highly recommended. Secure, 24/7 access and there’s a good range of various sized units to choose from, all clean and ready to go. We recently moved our entire 5 bedroom house contents here whilst looking to permanently relocate. Friendly and very helpful staff, Kennards also sell all your packing boxes, tape, bubble wrap too.

We have used Kennards Thornleigh consistently for over 20 years and we have no complaints. Access is easy 24/7 , the common areas are always kept clean and there is plenty of easy parking for loading and unloading ...Any interactions we have had we the staff have been smooth and efficient.

Kennards Thornleigh has been parcelpoint for sometime to avoid missing parcel return and wait at post office. Timely email send on when to pick up the parcel. Also had used their storage section and found it easy to access and use. Recommend to speak to them if you need storage space.

Friendly helpful staff, 24/7 access, complementary insurance for the first month and easy access to the facility and a covered loading area for up to four cars were all reasons I decided to go with Kennards over the alternatives. Have been happy with the experience thus far.

The staff were excellent most helpful and efficient. Our move in was easy due to the abundance of trolleys that f various sizes. The storage corridors have excellent lighting and are very clean. Overall Kennards storage has been excellent.
