My experience with Jahnella was terrible. I sent emails for begging and asking a response. She just ignored my emails. I still did not understand why she did not respond and why we could not qualify for the apartments. Not helpful at all!!! I think the only important thing is the application fee for them. Poor customer service!

Just spoke with Maureen on the phone for over an hour, as she guided me through the rental process in San Francisco. I never expected her to do this, and am feeling informed and grateful. The agent was on time to the showing and very helpful in answering all of my questions. Though I was unsure about the unit I visited, the agent directed me to similar units in my price range, which I really appreciated considering the difficulty of navigating the rental market with minimal prior knowledge.

The website was very helpful as I navigated through my apartment hunt. Even though I missed out on the first unit I wanted, I was able to find another through the site without even needing to consult Zillow or Apartments.com. In fact, I feel as though their website is better curated and organized anyway.
