Kenton really are miles above the rest when it comes to selling houses. Right from the initial valuation meeting to the final hand over of keys Kenton were first class. The moment Sia left our house when doing the valuation we knew they were the best (we had seen 4 within a week). He predicted the sale price, the timescale and the type of buyer who would end up owing our property. Their knowledge was impressive! Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, respectful of the covid situation but managed everything that was necessary. We were particularly impressed with Kelly and Adam who helped us with everything! We had plenty of lows in our process from losing our buyer due to mortgage issues arising from covid, losing our job in the middle of the sale and then just as we were about to exchange on our onward purchase they decided to take it off the market! They handled communication expertly, they all worked together so there was no break in service when someone was out of the office and they were there to advise us every step of the way without being pushy. If we hadn’t moved from the area now I would use them every time we needed an estate agent! They really were invaluable to us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them time and again.

STAY AWAY FROM 17 PARKSIDE AVENUE. Awful estate agents (apart from Maisie she was helpful, considerate and fourth-coming) signed a tenancy for a house that was quite literally falling down, 30 years of tar that has just been painted over rather than cleaned, leaking taps, walls in the bathroom that stink and no matter how much you try to clean them the smell comes back, black mould on the windows, leaking ceilings, rat traps under the kitchen floors, dirty kitchen that we tried to wrap in DC fix which made it look a lot better than it was, although the kitchen needed replaced due to to tar and grime build up on it. There was problem after problem so we decided to terminate the contract. We then had our check out to be charged £500 for “repairs” we moved into the house for around 2 weeks the rest of the tkme was spent living at our old flat due to needing to seal the walls of tar with a primer as the smell was terrible, causing headaches as it was so strong of smoke. I would avoid getting trapped in this terrible house, problem after problem.

We are finally at a stage nearing completion and we just felt compelled to share here this great experience working with Kenton Homes on the journey of buying our first ever property - our estate agent is Adam from Kenton to be specific. From day 1, Adam has been nothing but helpful, genuine, professional, responsive and highly attentive to detail. He liaised the many revisits and site inspections we have requested and answered our tons of email/in-person questions in a timely and professional manner. We brought our house 3 years ago, the experience was very good, so when it came to selling again we returned to Kenton Estate agents. We put our house on the market (internet) plus contact from their own customer base. We sold it the following Monday. What can we say about Kenton ? Amazing, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Coming from another well known estate agent in the local area to whom we had a bad experience with, i was suprised how different Kenton handled and coped with not such a straight forward sale, Kelly and Adam went above and beyond helping, supporting and explaining in straight forward terms, i wish them all the best in there futures both deserve every success. As a potential buyer, had a very bad eperience with Kenton. Despite multiple calls for interests in propoerties, they were least interested in returning any of my calls.. after some strong feedback to one of the folks there, a lady called back to say the property has an offer. And almost every call after that, they have kept saying the property has an offer already on them,, while that may be true, what I cannot gather is how all of these properties stay for days or even weeks on rightmove after the offer has been accepted and doesnt go into STC.

Choosing Kenton Homes was the best decision we could have made. Kelly and Adam are a credit to the business and the trade. We moved during peak time (at the stamp duty cliff edge) in a chain of 7! Kenton were the only estate agents that had a clue what was going on, working up and down the chain to ensure everyone had visibility of issues and where we were in the process on a near daily basis. Other estate agents and solicitors in that chain were miles behind the service and quality we got from Kenton Homes. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service provided by Kenton (especially Kelly) throughout the whole process. We discussed the marketing strategy, pricing and likely timescale at the outset, all of which exceeded my expectations. A number of offers were received and all were discussed in detail and whilst I did not initially accept the highest offer, the best outcome was received utilising Kenton's vast experience in the area and market. We would highly recommend Kenton for selling your property.
