Once my husband and I made the decision to upgrade our home, we immediately called Kevin with the news. Just like the first time, he was very attentive to our needs. He gave us suggestions for how to sell our condo, and during a slow market, he was able to sell it for one of the higher price/square foot in the area. In terms of buying our new place, Kevin did his research, and was able to find homes that met our needs. After the first tour, my husband and I immediately found our dream home. However, at the time there was another couple that was about to put in an offer. I told Kevin that I would be very upset if we lost the place. So, Kevin ensured to get us into the lead by having us present a very strong first offer the the sellers could not refuse. Negotiations went well. During the inspection of the new place, the seller’s realtor came to us and told us that we hired a very good realtor, and that he was very impressed with his work ethic. When a competing realtor praises your realtor, that is phenomenal! Apparently Kevin would do 7am meetings with him and the sellers to explain why their price etc. were not reasonable. Sometimes, I would tell my husband we should just give the sellers what they want to get our dream home.. as I’ve already moved in in my head... However, Kevin refused to let it happen. He did not see why we will need to pay more. On day 3 of the negotiations, we had already settled on a price, and now we are waiting for the closing of our new home. Very excited! This is all thanks to Kevin and his awesome team! We even recommended a few other friends to use him, and will use him again when/if we decide to upgrade in the future!

To me, purchasing a place could be a painful experience because of spending the time running around, checking out the places and pricing....etc. But i have to say, Kevin made my entire purchase experience beyond my imagination, it was fast, smooth and FUN!
