I’ve been getting my hair serviced by Zuri aka Keyz over 4 years now, she’s very professional when it comes to her craft and has to hands to work miracles, never have to question her decisions on making my hair healthier then what it was, always a good conversation and a in/out process The whole dreadlock service @Key2Locz is amazing and a vibe it’s self. They provide the cleaniess and neatest looks really a one stop shop, you can literally book a appointment for anything to beautify yourself there someone will get you together.The customers service is amazing, very easy to book. I was extremely excited to start my loc journey and found this business. I loved their services and pictures so I booked a loc consultation with Mirakel. I paid my 25.00 deposit and even showed up a few mins early. I waited for 30 mins and Mirakel never showed up. One of her coworkers was there and tried to contact her she never responded. I tried contacting the owner multiple times. Through instagram, email and calling the shop. I have not been contacted back nor refunded.

Scheduling is straight to the point and everyone has the experience to get you right. Zu is a wonderful and kind lady I only let her in my hair and she is the one that started my locs and I love them and you have to buy her oil my hair is very dry and itchy but when I put that oil in my hair it stops the itching quick I just LOVE the vibe and professionalism of the shop always happy when I'm there and when I leave

This location has a Loc store in the front, lots of suites (so if you need somewhere to work or your hair done, tap in), it’s clean for the most part, and has a lot of available parking. It’s in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants to explore. I would recommend this salon (it’s filled with loc experts).

I recently took a loc class and the experience was exactly what I needed, i truly believe I received the tools to a great start in the loc world. . The class was professional and full of knowledge along with great skills that I'll take with me for my own personal success. Arrived to my appointment the stylist wasn’t there. She contacted me after 1 hour or more of waiting to tell me she wasn’t available & was out of state, not to mention I traveled 2 hours for locs extensions & scheduled 1 month in advance. The customer service is horrible & she is very unprofessional not to mention the location was horrible very ghetto & seemed unsafe.

The locticians at Key2locz are thee best to do it! The ladies really care about my Locs. They always take amazing care of my hair and the experience is always amazing. Not to mention I can purchase my own hair gel and nourishing oil all in one place with the loc store. The decor is gorgeous and ambiance when you first walk into the shop is beautiful. I love it

I was styled by the owner, Zuri, who was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. My hair type is fine & curly but she was able to INSTANTLY loc my hair the perfect style and size I wanted. I also met the other stylists, who were also friendly and professional! Even better, I can purchase supplies for my locs AND other merchandise in store!

I made my first appointment with Zuri. She educated me about my locs and repaired one of them. I rarely get my locs styled but I allowed her to style them. After she was done and I looked in the mirror I could not stop smiling. I love my fresh retwist and style. I will be making another appointment with her.
