Calling to get copies made of my car keys. They want $29 for a technician to arrive before they can even give you a quote. I told them that I was not going to spend any money until I had a price for the job. A straightforward duplication of a known vehicle model (2014 Honda Odyssey) should be straightforward. They passed me around and after speaking with four representatives including a technician, I gave up. They said the prices “started at $149 and went up from there.” I am not stranded so I will just go to the dealership or non-mobile locksmith instead. Charging people to get a quote is a poor way to do business. Don’t waste your time unless you really need a locksmith that is mobile. Update: I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem but it was the same runaround. “$149 and up.” You will not be able to find out the actual price until you have spent $29. “And up” can be a lot of money, even more than the dealership.

The call center staff is nice but I’ve been locked out of my home for 2 h now. I received 0 updates from the tech. The call center is also trying to reach out to the tech and HE IS NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE so they reassigned me another technician and said another 40 minutes. They also collected my card at the very beginning of my booking.. so I’m being charged for a service that they PROMISED will be delivered in less than an hour. Do not use these ppl unless you know you have all the time in the world.

Getting a key made was inexpensive and super easy! The keys worked well. I was nervous because I’ve gone to places where they make the key right in front of you and it hasn’t worked before, but these keys worked. My only disappointment was that I wanted 3 keys, but one of the keys wasn’t in stock so they just refunded me instead of giving me options to replace it or warn me that it wasn’t in stock before I even purchased it. That’s why it got 4 stars instead of 5.

'Duplicated my house key for a long term guest. I used the self-serve station at Kroger (on El Camino and Bay Area Blvd.). No line, quick and easy instructions, key works with the lock, what more can I say? Suggestion: 'Would have been nice to have key rings available for purchase at the same time/location. It was a self-serve station so they would have to add that to the vending machine, but I would have purchased one at the same time if available.

They have a good selection and delivery was less than a week. I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars because my keys weren’t all copied according to which key I wanted (I had two sets of keys to copy, and some of the key #2’s came as key #1’s), but the keys themself are of quality.

They are screwers. Charging me $190 for a 20 minutes job. He even increased the price by claiming that the top one was a high security, but it took only 3 minutes to unlock it !!!.

Wow! KeyMe is a great deal. Where I had one key, now I have 4 and at a price much less than if I went to a dealership.
