Geo was very professional, responsive to any questions, and ensured that the lock worked perfectly fine. I am very satisfied with the service he provided. KeyMe was the first locksmith company that I called and I received a lock installation on the same day. Very fast response, calm nice professional help. The whole process from calling the number to getting into my apartment took less than an hour. The price was very reasonable as well. Getting locked out of your apt is one of the worst experience ever but KeyMe remedied the situation very fast with ease! KeyMe anytime! (I hope I do not get locked out again but you get it! )

Decent folks, kept their word on price even after unforeseen issues with the job that resulted in additional costs. To make a long story, rather than pass on those additional costs on to me, the customer, they ate the additional costs to keep their price they originally quoted me. They seem to pride themselves on making every customer a happy customer.

Didn't need cash. Didn't have to wait until someone gets to the key cutting machine. I literally walk up, stick my key in firmly, tap the type of key I want, swipe the credit card and BAM, out comes my key perfectly cut.

Smooth transaction at kiosk. Customer service was simple, fast. Lost a star because key would not work. Though I was aware because of the type of key it was. Still my go-to for the convenience and ease of transaction.

Got a perfect replica of the original key in less than 5 minutes, which works just fine. The only thing I had a little issue with was the price, very expensive for a simple brass key.

I used one of the kiosks in Brooklyn NY. It was very user-friendly and even though they didn't have one of my keys "in stock" to copy at the kiosk, they mailed it to me within 4 days.

The keys came out nothing like what I needed but still took my money 23 dollars and I still had to go to a Hardware store to get them cut agin which cost me more money

The keys worked great but it’s hard to edit the key scans at the kiosk In order to remember which key is which and discard old scans, for future use.
