"Quick, easy, convenient keys with cute key design choices to boot! Winner winner chicken dinner! It would be helpful if the booth had some kind of brush attached so you can knock off the ruff metal pieces after they are cute, but other than that, the keys were all well cut and all worked in the door perfectly"

Originally posted s 5* review, but remembered today that one of the features I love (the fingerprint biometric) seems to have stopped working (especially on the machine I used)...maybe that's tied to the new 2FA? The other issue I still have is that the only way to pay is with a physical credit card...and guess what, when you're locked out, often the only thing you have is your phone/watch with credit card details for touch pay. First time I ever needed the kiosk key cut in an emergency, I had no phone or card on me. Ended up persuading two guys shopping in Rite Aid that I'd buy their beers on my Apple Watch (with cards in the wallet) and they bought my key with their card - I think they won on the deal, but a rigmarole that would have been unnecessary could I have just paid with my touch pay device. Hopefully the 2FA feature doesn't further restrict the use to only when you have your phone with you for getting the 2FA code, otherwise you now need phone and credit card in emergency.
Would not recommend. I ordered six keys three of which were given to me at the kiosk and three that were mailed. The first three didn’t even fit in the door, and the second three were lost in the mail. They also charged me around $50 and eventually when I went to a nearby hardware store it was $9. Will certainly never be going be to a Key Me.

I wanted one key and received four. The key I wanted multiples of I couldn't get. What's worse is when they send you a "did you enjoy your experience" email. If you click "no" it goes to a site that no one can see except them. If you click "yes" it goes to this review page. Seems pretty shady to me.
This is a pretty good service. Easy, self service, 24 hours. One of the things I like the most is that you can save the scanned keys. Loosing your keys is not an ideal situation, but of it happens, at least you know that you can get a copy anytime.
I found the prompts a little difficult to follow, and my key did not work and had to be re-cut at another location. However, when I called KeyMe to report this, my experience with customer service was very good and was quickly issued a refund.
Sadly after receiving our key, the mobile phone didn't connect and we couldn't complete the activation process. Now, I have to send everything back and see if they can figure things out and send us a new copy.
This was so, so easy. They made 2 keys on the spot, and the 3rd was sent in the mail 3 days later. They didn't have that type of key in the kiosk, so they had to mail it. The keys all work fine.
Kiosk is easy to use. The duplicate key works well. Being able to save key for future use is a nice feature. I had a discount code but didn't see where to enter it so missed out on that.
The key quality was really poor. The key won't insert or turn smoothly in the lock. Also, the key got stuck and twisted in the lock and we ended up calling the locksmith
This worked great. Needed to get a key, but it was in Colorado. The person with the key scanned it with the app and I had it made here. Very easy and fast.
I enjoyed this experience. It was a bit pricy. I wish there was one in the 11212 area. There’s a rite aid over there and I came very far to use this one.
I copied my key and waited for almost a week to get my 2 copies to deliver; and after I got the keys I found out they both didn’t work. Never again
Surprisingly, it worked like a charm. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was more expensive than going to a locksmith store.
Don’t use this kiosk to copy your keys unless you absolutely need it. It charged me 9$ per key. The local locksmith charged me 2$
Mailbox key does not work after I paid $200 to install then they want to charge me another $200 to fix it.
Great way to cut keys fast and hassle free. I would definitely use KeyMe again. Thanks!
Keys worked, and very convenient to be able to visit the kiosk at any time!
Excellent. Was told the key is hard to duplicate. They worked!
Fast, convenient and easy
