My mum recommended Stephen to me. He recently fixed her lock, which was a job other locksmiths refused to do because of the age of her car. 10/10 for customer service. His persistency and communication paid off. Usually someone would come and do a job, get it done and that's it, but when Stephen came he explained exactly what he was doing which made me feel more comfortable and have more confidence in him. Initially Stephen didn't have the part he needed to fix my car with, but he ordered it and kept me up to date with the order, from the beginning including estimated delivery date right through to delivery.. Very flexible with time slots to.. And was on time. Also the cheepest locksmith I could find! Would recommend him to anyone that needed a locksmith and would defo use his services again.

I am a very happy customer I recommend Steven to all my friends. He came very quick and cut the key while I was waiting. He is very knowledgeble and he knows what he's doing. He explained what has happened to my key and advise what to do in the future to make sure the problem won't happen again. The price he charges is very reasonable. I had a word with my mechanic and he said it's a very good (cheap) price . If you need a professional then here he is and it won't cost you 'an arm and a leg'. ☺️

Amazing service. Contacted the Stephen in the afternoon via the websites live chat and he responded within 5 minutes. He said he could come that same evening to fix the problem with my car door lock and charged an amazing price for it. Found Steve online, we spoke on phone and he talked me through the work that I needed! He was flexible with dates/times to do the work, he even messaged on morning of day and checked everything was still good. Bonnet lock and mechanism on my Ford Focus replaced within hour and a half! Arrived on time from the other side of London! Top bloke, can’t recommend enough! Price was cheaper then all the other quotes I had!

After 2 failed Locksmiths, plus 1 electrician I found this gentleman searching on google and he was super. Very patient, knew what he was doing and didn’t rush the job. He stayed for 3 hours and fixed the problem. Highly Recommended. It’s amazing. Was my 2nd breakdown in 4 days. He programmed the key and a new ignition. If you a Mercedes sprinter ignition or key problem that’s the person you need to call.

Does this guy needs a review? Already has all to positive reviews. Still I’m going to say Stephen Deserve 5* if I could I would give me. Very professional. He always keep customers first. My old key wasn’t working he fixed it for free and made a new key real quick with a year warranty strongly believe he is not one of those guys who gives your warranty and disappears after 100% recommended.

Very good services, cheapest locksmith going. Initially i rang around 20 different people and all were extremely expensive. Then i found the number for this business and i am glad i did. Not only did i save money the guy did the job within minutes and had me up and running again. Stephen was very friendly, professional and efficient. I lost my ford focus key on early morning hours of Saturday, everyone else was giving turn up times of hours away, but Keys On Call (Stephen), was there in less than 40mins to help replace the keys and deleted the old keys from the system. Very satisfied customer and would highly recommend. The prices were also very reasonable.

My car just stopped working, Had 2 RAC patrol men attend, both thought was key, locksmith arranged by RAC then arrived and said it wasn’t thought had to go into dealership and be expensive ! Anyway sought a second opinion from this young man, less than an hour, new key and car is working. He is a genius! And a 1 year warranty! Very, very happy!!

Very helpfull chap-we never touched on cost first nor last,was quick to respond and tho in the end unfortunately my cars problem couldnt be fixed as it turned out i need a code from Renault themselves he offered 3 different methods to try-all as i say for no personnel benefit-the opposition could do with taking a leaf out of his book!?
