I had given 2 stars for the following reasons despite the collection being good especially during discounts, however these are the points to be improved upon: (1) THIS QUESTION IS MAINLY FOR THE MANAGEMENT PLEASE: There is a seapage right in front of the entrance after climbing the steps and just before the glass door entrance to the Khadims showroom. NOTE: This is not dripping from the AC's as there are no AC's on the floors above the showroom. This seapage is existing since last 1 year and hasn't been repaired despite a request for the same.THERE IS A GREAT POSSIBLY OF THIS SEAPAGE FROM THE WASHROOMS ON THE FLOOR ABOVE KHADIMS. Which means the seapage water is dirty. The droplets of this seapage water invariably falls on the customers who enter the showroom if you are not careful. I'm sure many customers like me have noticed it for sure.I HAVE AN IMAGE OF THE DRIPPING SEAPAGE WATERS ALONG WITH THE DATE OF THE IMAGE TAKEN TO AUTHENTICATE MY POINT. NOW MY QUESTION TO THE MANAGEMENT IS: WHY IS THE SEAPAGE NOT REPAIRED SINCE LAST ONE YEAR DESPITE BEING REQUESTED . (2) It has been observed on more than one occasions that the Cashier's behavior is a bit rude towards the customers.He behaves more like an owner than a cashier which in turn leads to his rude behavior towards the customers.lt is a request to the Management to advice this gentleman to be more customer friendly as it leaves a bad taste , especially when the showroom provides good collection of footwear.HOWEVER THE SALES BOYS ARE QUITE HELPFUL IN SHOWING DIFFERENT DESIGNS OF FOOTWEAR. IT IS EARNESTLY REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THESE MATTERS TO IMPROVE UPON WHICH MIGHT LEAVES A BAD TASTE FOR THE CUSTOMERS VISITING THIS SHOWROOM. NEVERTHELESS IT HAS GOT GOOD COLLECTION BUT FOR THESE 2 MINOR ISSUES WHICH CAN BE RESOLVED BY THE MANAGEMENT. No hard feelings please ! My intention of this feedback was to bring about positive changes and make Khadims a much better Showroom for its customers. Thank you!

Khadim's is an Indian footwear company based in Kolkata. It has many branches in the Eastern and Southern parts of India. This company does it's work well and the buyers are always satisfied with the material, texture and every other thing related to the footwear. The shoes are very comfy. This footwear shop is located opposite to Radhika, A.S. Rao Nagar, Secunderabad, Telangana. The staffs were polite. The experience of buying here was all good.

I purchased a thousand rupee shoe here but it is having problem in it, I tried calling there but no one pickup the phone, then I have to revisit the store then after telling them that shoe is biting my foot so they just take it casually and telling me to submit it then after 2-3 days they will repair it and return, this is not a service I want, and there staff is refusing to give me owners number. PPL do not buy this Shoe.

Khadim is once famous for nice footwear...But they are not competitive now..Always depends on selling old stock using discount offers... Instead of doing all these ...Concentrate on quality and best products

Store is at good location easily accessible. Surprised to see better or equally good collection than BATA. Basically all store personnel are from WB so they can only explain better in Bengali or Hindi.

Durable footwear is available in this store at a reasonable cost. Returns are allowed in a week's time of purchase. Special offers for purchases are being rewarded during the ensuing festive season.

You will find a good collection of footwears here,its both for men and women ,both synthetic and leather footwear available. Its on 1st floor on the AS rao nagar road,very easily accessible.

Huge variety of options to buy from, but take cash as their debit card swiping machine is out of order 9/10 times you visit, and there us no option to pay through Google Pay.

Small store for quick buyers from small collection with affordable price. If you are very choosey and want to check 100's of models then its not the place for you

A place has a funny leathery smell .Some of the staff are really helpful and the rest treat the customer like an intruder .Limited choices and sizes.
