I first went to see John about a debilitating knee condition. His intelligent focus toward my pain and remedy was remarkable . After a few sessions and advice on exercises, my pain vanished. It was a miracle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to the centre. All staff are delightful.

I went to physio for a neck spasm. After my first treatment I started feeling better. But the physio had called me again for a 2nd session the next day. He did a few things in my second session and made it worse. I am now unable to move my neck at all!
