Kiddie Kobbler Oakville is amazing! I was selected as the winner of their $100 gift card contest for frontline workers and I am so happy with the shoes I received. Lausanne went out of her way to send me pictures of shoes available for my niece in her size as well as some shoes that I might like for myself. Best customer service and amazing selection! 10/10 experience every visit, have never left the store with a bad thought. I sent my sister who was visiting from out of town to get a pair of shoes for her son and she ended up leaving with 3 pairs! The staff took their time to measure his foot and then helped him find the perfect pair, I will never stop recommending this store!

A great selection, and amazing rmcustomer service. We ended up getting shoes for the entire family during the COVID lockdown and the service we received was above and beyond. So many back and forth messages, pictures and calls. Helped us with sizing for our 4 kids and finally delivered at no extra charge and within a day. A+++ thank you guys, we won’t go anywhere else.

Great customer service. The store is a bit more pricey for the same shoes somewhere else. But the staff are so helpful and nice. I would rather pay the extra and deal with helpful staff. So far shopped ther3 3 times and every time a great experience.

I had such a fantastic experience! The owner went above and beyond for fitting my daughter with shoes. She let my daughter try on a ton of shoes and checked each pair for fit. She was wonderful to work with and our family will be back for sure !

We had an issue with a pair of shoes we bought our daughter a couple of months. The customer service was 100/10. We will definitely be coming back here again. Not to mention the product selection was top!
