Unfriendly receptionist who doesnt even greet you when you walk in. I had to introduce myself to let her know what i was there for. Over the phone she asked me if a manicure was for hand or feet! I honestly wanted to immediately cancel my appointment - if a receptionist doesnt know what a manicure is for then i cant imagine them being good at anything else. Gel manicure and regular pedicure took almost two hours! No one mentioned that they only have one technician per customer. Nail technician took 15 mins to start the service cuz she was hovering around doing nothing. Then they didnt have the first two nail colours i asked for. I mean why show someone a colour swatch only to tell them they’re unavailable. I think they’re completely unorganized and unprepared for visiting customers, Which is proven by the fact the salon had one other person during the two hours i was there. My first time and definitely the last! Please visit nbar in battuta that has Friendlier atmosphere and far superior technicians.

I went here for the first time for Gellish nails. It will be my last time. I regret going to this salon. The service lady was very polite and did her best. But she still was not able to deliver quality manicure. The Gellish nail polish was of very poor quality. It did not spread well. The color in the pallet that I selected did not match the actual color. The UV light that she used did not dry the polish well. She kept telling me that it will dry in the end. I had informed the lady that I want a slight gap between cuticles and the polish. She used her nails to wipe off any excess but the end result is visible in pics. Poor hygiene. The towel that was below my hands did not look clean to begin with. During the manicure, it got even dirtier. At one point, I had to ask the lady to shake off the towel before proceeding. I had to wash my hands twice, in the floor sink.

I had the tips of my hair bleached to be dyed purple. When the hairdresser found that the bleach color turned copper because I previously had red hair, she didn’t tell me that purple would not work, and did not suggest a different color if she knew it wouldn’t work. She just went ahead and dyed it anyway and the color turned into a dark brown, nothing like what I wanted. Then she shrugged it off saying “wash it within a week and you’ll be able to dye it purple” which did not happen as my hair is still too dark to apply color on. She seemed too rushed to get it over with, and when I called to express my dissatisfaction she did not apologize and simply said “ok mam”. Overall I felt like she was careless and just wanted to get it over with.

Worst salon in town, i came out of the salon with bleeding fingers. Dry skin was cut like a child’s doing. The application of the gel is all over the place, there were gaps, it was all over my skin. I had to stop them from doing my pedicure as I dont want to end up with a butchered hand and feet. They offered a touch up but nope, i’m never going back in there. For the price they are charging, the service is the worst. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were really nice.

One of the best salon I've been in Dubai. Staff are highly qualified, especially Ms.Analy, before she will start the treatment she will explained very well what will be the effect of the color she will apply on your hair and the cost that you will pay for the services you wanted to get. Very clean surroundings and very cozy place that you will be able to relax while your inside of their premises. Highly recommendable and will definitely comeback to this salon.

I’ve been to Keisha for almost 3 years now. The saloon is very neat and clean and it is so easy to book or cancel appointments. The girls are very nice and soft and do a very good job. They don’t try to belittle you to sell more services or products like many other saloons do which is very important to me. I got my highlights done recently and I just loved what a good job wilma did! Highly recommend.

Thank you for the great service last Easter Sunday. I had full hair color, hair protein with hair cut. The place really look and feel like a lounge, so comfy with free wifi. Wilma was nice as well as the other lady, sorry I forgot her name . But all in all, it was a great first time experience in Kiesha Beauty Lounge. I come to Kiesha to blowdry my hair every time I am in Dubai. This salon offers an excellent service with very reasonable prices. The lovely hairdressers take extra care of my hair and the results never disappoint. They also offer massages here, which my mum loves & always praises. I highly recommend this salon.
