Sat down and looked at the receipt and saw nearly $30 for a garlic pizza called the lady back over and a man came and said what was wrong and I told him I was over charged and he said without hesitation NO YOU WERE NOT LOOK AT THE PIZZA BASES ON THE BACK WALL THEY AFE THE PRICES AND THATS IT!! I said but your menu states $18 for a family garlic pizza and he said too bad they are old menus there just for customers to look through. Absolute joke will NEVER EVER go there again I asked for a full refund and left.. don’t read the menus on the counter they are old apparently WoW great response mate good customer service skills NOT!!! Also omg I’ve read the review on this store and the owners responses are terrible and just goes to show don’t buy from them…. Like I stated above the pizza I ordered was $18 on all the menus on your counter not $24 yes I order 1 extra topping at a cost of $3 which according to your misleading menus on your counter in front of the register should have been $21 not $28 you really need to throw the old menus out into the bin so this does not happen again. Sir you also need to be alittle more careful about your responses to unhappy customers but I’m guessing this is why your shop is always empty and Panthers kebabs is always busy.

usually this place is amazing but the last couple of times we’ve ordered it’s been rubbish. first time we ordered delivery, our food came cold and they messed up the snack packs, putting the wrong sauces and no cheese even though the containers had the sauces and cheese written on them. tonight we ordered and after the woman took our order and address said “you’re breaking up” and then hung up on us. she called back 10mins later saying the call disconnected which isn’t an issue. my partner then asked “just curious how long it’s roughly going to take” with her response being “calm down i’m making it now”. he wasn’t mad he was genuinely just asking. their customer service is usually fantastic but recently they have been really rude, disrespectful and full of attitude.

4 years ago I’ve been a regular customer since they started this kebab joint. The owner also very humble and friendly guy. Once he saved my number to make quick phone orders just to avoid waiting in the queue. That good he is. But their staff is pathetic. Don’t know how to approach to customer or what customer service is. This is not the first time. But today, 24th of Jan 2019 at around 12am; i got the tiniest HSP. They increased their HSP prices and now doing this. What the hell??? Even the HSP got full of chips and no meats. This is not the first time. Teach your stupid staff to act right.

Will not be coming back again. Changed ownership. Prices seems roughly the same but the new owner is very miserable. Bought two kebabs last week..... one with the lot and one falafel. The lot was very small and light... I think it was about $12 or something... hardly any toppings, very dry with the sauce. Just left tonight in the exact same situation. The kebabs were both small and very light. I asked for a lot of sauce... he squirted about a table spoon worth. 2 falafels on the roll... disgusted... the falafels are very small. You’ve lost my business. Will go down the street, there’s about ten kebab shops within the same vicinity.

I Ordered food at 6.50pm it was delivered to wrong address I requested them to reorder they refused called uber was given refund after 45 minute wait and when I told the store of my issues they said not there problem and hung up I then sent request for food I had to pay again and the kebabs I received were cold meat was badly burnt no lettuce tomato onion no sauce just burnt meat and cheese completely wrong order after my experience I would never choose this store again because there customer service on the phone and the quality is very poor disappointed customer

Hey King of Kebabs, you make fabulous pizza's. Tonites order, the pizza's again were fabulous BUT By the time they arrived ( Saturday evening busy?) your fabulous pizza's were cold and rubbery. A delivery man initially couldn't be found. After our pizza's were cooked,it took ages to find a delivery man. This deliver man delivered another order, then delivered our pizza's.. No wonder they were cold & rubbery ,they were terrible & doing your excellent business no favour. You will lose business if you don't arrange a delivery driver before you cook. I hope, maybe to try your fabulous pizza's again.

Ordered via menulog. The food was delivered one hour early, yes, early. Not much use when one of the diners was still on a train from the city! The food was also very dry and almost inedible. Rang the restaurant to complain, 'Sorry, no speak English' Rang menulog to complain and despite their best efforts, this poor excuse of a restaurant refused to help. Are there lower stars to offer than zero? Never, ever again will this place see one cent of money. Nor if I can help it, the money of anyone I know.

5 stars for king of kebabs but not for menulog. 1hour & 20 minutes ofter delivery time. Lucky I seen the delivery through the window as the food was dropped at doorstep without knocking. This is the Last time I order if menu log is this the only option? The tracking map is a scam stating 7 minutes for 4 kms. I feel sorry for the restaurant’s that have limited options on delivery services? These comments will be posted on line as I’m a shift worker that couldn’t eat with family& had to eat in the car.

King of reheated Kebabs should be their working title. You'll likely have your kebab meat heated on a hot plate. Nothing fresh about this place and including the pizzas, although I didn't try one, they look very unappealing. Very thick and dense dough base as seen on display. Slow service too. There are other kebab shops in close proximity to this one, you'd be better off walking to those instead

We went there to get some kebabs to take away yesterday at night. The service is great and it doesn't take long to get your order. In fact you can have a sit while you're waiting or you can eat in as well. You get to choose from a list of meat, salad ingredients and sauces. The size was HUGE and they have a great list of combos to choose from. With our kebabs we got a small pizza and some french fries too. Everything was delicious and served hot!

Tried their food tonight and got very disappointed. Ordered Large Chicken Pizza with tomato base but when we reached back home we found a chicken pizza with BBQ base in the box instead. Also ordered chicken shish plate and the taste of both Pizza and Chicken Shish plate was nowhere near to an averageTurkish restaurant. Chicken had some bad smell as well and was not fresh at all. Will never go back again. Really disappointed

If you looking for a place to eat with yummy food. I highly recommend here. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly, welcoming and polite. The premises is always clean when I have been there. Love going here at night time. Have had the kebab and gozleme and chips. Haven't been disappointed yet. Next will try the pride and pizza. :) thank you king of kebabs keep up the fantastic service!!

Really not worth it The kebabs were not cooked properly in the Shish plates which we ordered. The food was reeking of oil and even the garlic dip provided was not worth it. Won’t recommend for Mediterranean food lovers as u will be seriously disappointed.

I used to love this place, I'm not sure if it's changed ownership recently, but it's gotten distinctly worse. Kebabs have even really small and dry the last few times and massive excess charges for sauces and cheese. I've started going to panther kebabs instead.

I ordered few times a food and everytime i got disappointed always got a cold food. Sometimes raw chicken and oily raw fries. My friend just ordered food last night and we got blood in chicken which is not hygienic and feathers too. It means chicken was not cleaned properly. Owner was very rude.

Usually their food is very good . But today ,I ordered 4 pizza , it was very salty and guests were all complaining .Very bad experience. When I called shop, they told me that no one else complained , which made us more upset. This is the 14th time I am ordering from them, I have never had bad experience before . But When I meant its salty , its really salty.

We've returned several times to King of Kebabs. The meal deals are well thought out. We've tried and enjoyed the Kebabs, Pizza, Pide's and garlic bread. The service has been friendly and quick. The store is kept in a clean manner. We have yet been able to fault them. There is limited seating available but we've always taken out so that hasn't been an issue.

Very small kebabs and cold even the leb bread isn't normal size its a small leb bread Woman at the counter had so much filler in her lips you couldn't understand stand her and was very rude and pushy you felt rushed Snack pack was rubbish Chips under cooked really bad cheese was not even melting because of the cold kebab meat Will never visit again

Terrible food and customer service. The male workers made me feel so uncomfortable. My food took so long and for what? The meat was beyond dry and unflavourful. Chucked it straight in the bin. They were also unbelievably racist to an asian customer which turned me off my food further. DO NOT RECOMMEND - Blacktown's franchise is better.

Everything they serve is from frozen packets. The guys opened a packet of frozen gozleme in front of me and the packet was same as the one from woolies for $5. The chicken burger i got was the worst burger i ever ate. The chicken was the frozen one from steggles and was so small in size that it fit half of my burger bun.

Its ok here the food is pretty good after a messy night or you just dont feel like cooking, they have slightly picked up their game after a few years and new management, i will go in and order... will never get it delivered... not after my experience with one of their old delivery driver... 3 stars

Best kebab in Penrith. They used to be one of the best chips too but not any more. The chips in my last 3 visit all failed to my standard. Did talk to the shop last time. Hope thing will improve soon. Still will continue to go for their kebabs.

MOULDY GARLIC BREAD!!! BONE BITS IN KEBAB MEAT!!! This place is GROSS! Those good reviews have got to be fake for sure. How this place has stayed open so long is a mystery. Avoid even if you're starving! Maccas is open 24/7 and it's just up the road if you can't find somewhere else.

King of Kebabs have never failed to impress me. We live locally and go there all the time. I am a food buff and have tried kebabs everywhere. I have to say that they make the best Kebabs. Extremely tasty. And staff treats you with great respect and extremely friendly.

Ordered a mixed snack pack with chilli and sour cream. Wasnt busy. They made it beef only. 1 thing I ordered and it was wrong. Food was still tasty tho. Shame it wasn't wat I ordered.

Food is always nice but they seem to concentrate on menu log orders rather than customers in store. Our friends had to wait about 15 mins longer for their order and ended up having to ask where it was even though we all ordered at the same time .

Without doubt the worse food . The women that served me were friendly. The Turkey guy that made my kebabs was very upset with me cos I was talking the woman serving me. He totally sabotaged my food. I have reported this shop . Scums of the earth

So a bunch of professional acquaintances all agree that this place is ridgy didge. One woman even said that King of Kebabs "outridged their didge" on her last order. This place always delivers to the right location and the goods are spot on.

Great for a somewhat inexpensive lunchtime meal, the soup broth is quite salty but it blends well with the other ingredients in the ramen bowl. Service can be a little bit quiet and soft, but the dine-in experience is quick and delicious.

Ordered LARGE rib dinner plus garlic bread last night Sat' 4-7-15 Quantity was OK however ribs were not cooked, meat was quite pink inside, chips were re fried the only good part was the garlic bread. Will not be using this eatery again

You can get fat here. No a lot of ambience but the food was average to poor, The outdoor table was wobbly and when I asked to get paper to stop the rock I was told to move to another table. Next time I'll try the place up the road.

Went here with a friend last night and she was served RAW CHICKEN. We didn't notice until she had already eaten a piece. she sent it back to get it cooked properly and did not receive a refund for it at all. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Delicious, got the chicken skewer kebab, never had it before so wasn't sure what to have, he said keep it traditional ..... yummmmmmm. Wife had the mixed kebab plate, generous portions so now I have lunch lol and can't wait.

Went to get dinner and I was the only person on there and got nothing asked for no sauce and wasn’t even the right meat and the chips were awful! The whole experience was disgusting and never again will order from here.

Its good for the price. $14 for a regular snack pack beef or $16 with a can. Chips were crispy and well cooked plenty of chicken salt. Meat is OK quality, not the best I've ever had but definitely not the worst either.

Always buy Sheesh Tawouk (mixed plate) with all chicken and sometimes adana too. it is the best I had so far after Yagoona Sofra Kebabs. The Campbelltown franchisee is not too bad though but Penrith one is better!

Nice felaffel rolls, and really good opening hours if you're out late and need a feed. The pides are nice too, even pre-made and heated up they are good. Definitely one of the better food options in the area.

Well the food is very tasty but there are so bugs and stuff and the workers are bit rude. But it's a pretty good place that I enjoy. The kebabs are good and the snack pack is really great.
