Come to my place twice now and both times I have been very very happy! A 'newbie' to regular carpet cleaning (purchased a house with white carpets a yr ago, have 2 young kids, not a great combination) my first call-out to these guys was more of an emergency decision. They spot-cleaned excellently, and the rest came up much better than expected, especially for the price. Had only ever 'dry' chemical cleaned a rental prior to this (diff company) and found the steam clean job cheaper and better. First time was winter 6mths ago and it took a bit of time to dry (12 or so hrs I think) but the house smelt great and the guy had told us to expect a little time for it to dry, plus gave us tips on how to move around while it was still drying (we leap-frogged using clean towels..or maybe that was my kids' idea can't remember!). Second time with these guys last week, drued in about 4-6hrs same person (Steve? maybe am bad with names also) but do remember the great service, he was really good with my kids too, and I felt no concerns at all getting out of the house and leaving him to get on with it (machine a bit noisy for Miss 6yo). Highly recommend, these guys get my business from now on and he even took two rugs back to get cleaned for me. Hopefully they're as reasonablely priced as the carpet cleaning, I just have a good feeling about this company and they're local. And extra bonus the office person has both times been really nice and friendly too. Winning combination!

Had my mats picked up to be cleaned by this company returned a week later not even cleaned phoned and asked why they hadn't been cleaned and said they don't know why (laughable.) Then had them picked up again to be cleaned and you guessed it they arrived back at my front door the same as when they left . Phoned and spoke to the ignorant manager whom was going to find out why they hadn't been cleaned for the second time and her response was I'll get back to you tomorrow after I speak to one of the workers still waiting nearly two weeks later they are a joke.The mats came back smelly and stiff with grease on the side of them grrrr not a happy customer at all and certainly wouldn't recommend this company to any one

A great local business that is wonderful to deal with. Twice my dog has had an accident on my handmade Persian rugs. Twice Kingborough Carpet Care have collected, cleaned and delivered them back to me in great condition. From speaking with them on the phone, to the pick-up/delivery guys I cannot fault them. The guys even helped me to move my furniture on collection and delivery. Thanks to Jack and his offsider, that is such a big help much appreciated.

had two rugs cleaned that were secondhand and quite dusty. came out amazing, super clean and nice smelling. team was super efficient, organised and easy to drop off and pick up through the web form. took a little while but very understandable and we weren't in a hurry - very clear about time frame when you drop off as well which was great. the cost wasn't terrible either given the state they were in. highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Miracle clean on our carpet and upholstery, it's like new now. Friendly, professional, punctual, and efficient. They also took the time and care to attend to a special requirement in one of the rooms which we very much appreciated.

Steve came to our place in Sandy Bay to clean the carpets and fabrics in our car. No fuss, excellent workmanship and very friendly. The fabrics came up very clean and smelled great. Reasonable price, particularly considering he came to us.

Probably ok fot lightly soiled carpets and rugs but if you want something actually cleaned and deodorised don't waste your money! Told it would "come up great" at drop off, 2 tries later and it's still stained and smelly
