Please beware of this place before visting it, its simply a waste of money and time. Visited on 26 June 2021 for one day to go away from hustle and bustle of daily routine, but on the contrary came back very much disappointed specifying the reasons below:- 1. In the name of swimming pool, they provide very bad water with lots of mosquitoes and dirt in it and even if you go in somewhat clean water in your body lot of itching will be there because of very dirty water with no cleanliness service. 2. The attitude of staff is good only till you make the required payment once you are in the villa, they will show you their real attitude. They are not ready to accept the mistakes and will fight with you to doubt your complains. 3. Service is the worst part , it takes lot of time for the staff to solve any grievance. 4. The only fast service is of snatching your hard earned money from your pocket in the name of policies. 5. Believe me everything is chargeable there and expensive also. 6. Kids playing zone, common area, if you want to play you are required to pay the deposit and also the rent of the outdoor games. 7. For those who have lot of money and doesnt understand the concept of value for money and have excess to spend and also doesnt have the idea where to spend the excess money withouut asking any questions , for them it is a heaven. 8. For those who earn thier money very hard, you will be trapped and will be disappointed to visit this place. 9. For me they are professional white collar theives who snatches your hard earned money through various means. 10. Very very very bad and worst villas , staff, service, attitude, and my day also when I visited there.

King's villa means king's villa, its name is such that it seems that this is a king's house and upon coming here it seems that just now I stop here I am looking at the beauty and weather here. People here treat them very well, their way of talking, their hospitality is very good, it seems as if a king is being entertained. This is a wonderful place that will come here once, it can never call this place, it will always be excited to come here, the atmosphere here is quiet, sweet and cool. The property is aesthically very serene and luxurious. Once you enter the gates and drive through the villas, its a visual treat and the interiors are contemporary and welcoming!! The look & feel of the place is just beyond!!!! The private swimming pool is just the right icing on the cake. But the hospitality is a major major major let down!!! Its is so awful that it kinda stains your delightful experience regarding the wonderful property. They charge for extra towels & hand towels!! The food is supremely delicious but the service is equally slow.. the extra beds were woobly and whrn pointed out, we were asked to adjust! (They charge 1200 per extra bed and ask you to just do away with it). Not only that, they would ask for payment on every single food delivery And as soon as they placed the extra bed. The management is pathetic to the core and needs urgent serious amendment / betterment!!

Me and my friend go there for 2 day. Stayed in 3 bhk villa. Bedroom and hall is huge. Bedroom view is good. Landscape well maintained. Shower and hot water not working. Good for family and friends get together or small event. Nice tennis court, small cricket ground. Restaurant is ok...not bad either. They don't start A.C , FORCE U TO ORDER TAKE AWAY OR VILLA DELIVERY.THEY EVEN DON'T OPEN WINDOWS. FEEL CONGESTED IN RESTAURANT. RESTAURANT IS FULL OF MOSQUITO . They reduced menu according to rush and other event. I SUGGEST U TO ORDER FOOD WHICH THEY ARE GOING TO SERVE IN SURROUNDING ONGOING PARTY. Food : TASTE : 4/5 QUALITY : 3/5 QUANTITY : 3/5 VALUE FOR MONEY : 3/5 THEIR CHARGE IS ALMOST 1.5 THEN COMMON RESTAURANT. AND FOOD IS NOT ACCORDING TO CHARGES.

Property is amazing but they have very stupid and unprofessional staff, specially at their restaurant, they don't have manners how to talk with their customers, They speak as if we are their servant They take two hours to serve food that too with half of the items missing plus they are very eager to take payment and by not giving even a complete things that we ordered Never seen such a stupid customer service ever!!! They'll definitely degrade the Name of KingsVilla Worst Customer service!!! Don't choose this place

So this place gives you a villa with a private pool and also has a lovely kids+ big common pool. The best part about this place is the water. The awesome swimming pools.... The service is hospitable and the food is good enough... It's a great place for a day picnic or a short overnight stay! Will surely visit again!

This is very beautiful place to spend your weekend and place. where you can spend time with your Family.If you are living in very chaotic city this is the place where you can find some peace in the nature's lap. They maintained everything very perfectly like Villa, their pool, their sports area, their Garden all these things are in very good condition. I spent a whole week over there because this place is very overwhelming.I am glad that i got chance to be there to spent this much of time in greenery erea. Have been twice with family and the experience has been amazing ... We youngsters as well as the senior citizens love the ambience, food, staff and the villas.... We are put up in villa A everytime we go... It's fun anf now feel like its a home away from home... We also had q experience of staying in the little cottage for a change... It is beautifully made and Love it's coziness... The wash area in here is cute tooo. Overall I love this place and I give 5 and also recommend this for holidaying.. Cheers and enjoy... 1srar is too much for this place. Wish we can give 0. The experience was beyond pathetic. Worst place you can ever find. There was Ant in our food. Unhygienic. Food court was very dirty. To wash hand you need to cross men's washroom. Room was full of Ants and spider. There was a lizard in dining hall and bedroom too. Pool was very dirty. Pillow cover was torn. We left the place within 3 hrs. INR 25,500 for one day stay is way too much. It was worst experience ever. They refused to give refund and after arguing for more than an hour, they deducted 6000 INR as cancellation charges. It was a daylight robbery. Never ever visit this place.

We have been visited Kings villa with our family. The banquets and the lawns are pretty beautiful and an art of design. It's fun . Feel like its a home away from home. Spread across a very large area. Place is perfect for weekends. You can spend some quality and peaceful time here. Cottages are amazing. Food is also great. Lots of greenery all around. This place is around 45 kms from Ahmedabad they provide rooms and villa as a resort. We booked a pool villa of 3 rooms for 3 couple and kids they have ample amenities for kids i.e pool basket ball cricket ground volleyball kids car ride. They have a very good restaurant which provides very delicious food, they have room service also +ve points very neat and clean room room service is good very Kind and polite staff out of class infrastructure -ve points you cant switch on gas and micro oven in villa restaurant is far way from the villa they provide Conclusion : Kids friendly place and good for stay for day or 2

Very beautiful resort . Has all the pleasures that a resort usually has . Very big resort and has big villas and swimming pool for each villa which is a very nice facility. Nice facilities at an affordable amount. I recently visited the resort and I really loved to be there and would wish to visit it again . I am really impressed with it and want you to visit it once in life if you like to visit resorts . The place is surrounded by greenery it is good even for environment friendly people. Its a beautiful place for living with King's Experience. This Royal Place having all the 4* facilities with Vintage Cars inside thats looks very good. Only one thing is that its in very outskirts where there's no market, no tourist place, no railway station, no bus stand etc in the radius of many kilometers. Anyways thanks for the facilities provided inside their boundary wall. Well educated, nice and helpful staff, club house, Gym, Swimming Pool, Fountains, Gamming House, well maintained Gardens. Thanks a lot.

Stayed here for one night in wooden cottages. Cottages are small in sizes. Wash room area is little congested. Location of villa is really nice. Open space with natural surroundings. Food was good in taste but not that great. had good time in evening with housie, dinner and live music. If u r in Group then u will enjoy more. Sports amenities were also nice. Overall 4 star.

beautiful and soothing place with lot of greenery and superb amenities, the club house is well maintained, a perfect place for enjoying weekends in the outskirts of the city the only problem during night is that if you want to seat in the garden of your villa you will be troubled by a ton of mosquitoes so bring a mosquito net along if you plan to do so. it is 10kms off the main road, but the roads are well built although there are no street lights on that road so be careful there

Kings villa is located at bavla-Nalsarovar road near adodra village. Here you will get private villas at rent. Villas are made if wood. You will have sone new experience and enjoy very much. Very big green lawns to enjoy and there you can play cricket and many more games with your friends and family. They also have swimming pool there. You can also order food there and there you can also order online food which you can get delievered. In short villas are surely to be visited once.

A wonderful chill out place just 40km from Ahmedabad. The staff were extremely polite and cooperative. The villa & the cabin stay was very comfortable. Expansive landscaped lawns and facilities were top notch. Sandeep Singh ji & his staff at the restaurant took very good care of us and our food requirements. The food was very tasty. The tea was incredible! Will definitely recommend and revisit Kingsvilla. PS : the pvt pool, tho, could've been a bit better maintained.

Place is too overpriced.. villas are spacious but ACs are not working properly, cooling is very less, toilets are not clean, rooms are filled with insects, ants and lizards and the most pathetic thing is food. Very basic menu, and high tea is an absolute joke that too in a restaurant where the ac is not working and no ventilation is there. Staff is not at all trained. Only thing we enjoyed was pool. Better to go to some resort.

Worst Experience....!!! We actually thought of leaving the place in the middle of the night. There was a Rat in our Room. The pool was so poorly maintained that we did not use it at all. The food and service is BAD beyond words. The staff when given feedback and asked for services just kept asking for money. The house was full of ants and spiders. It cannot be called a villa also.. so poor quality furniture and staff.

Best place for a Royal wedding. I was part of one of the same. Nice luxurious 0lace to be in. A separate villa provided for the guest which is actual comprise of all stuffs like well build kitchen with modern accesories, a drawing hall and perfect bedroom. You can enjoy your privacy here and can refresh in its separate swimming pool. A big garden where you can see the site and enjoy. A dream house for every one.

An Ultimate place for a big marriage. People gonna enjoy the company of each other since the network here is favourable for one to many talks. Attended an office event and enjoyed a lot. Stayed at wooden cottage with Amazing green view because of a very nice lawn outside the cottage. The room was very spacious, really pleasant and clean. Food was very nice. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. One should come and check the lavish villas here with its amazing HOSPITALITY.

Worst service, worst food, worst in every sense.It was impossible to be there., They couldn't even provide service for bedding also. Highly unprofessional, Don't even think of trying this. A big NO, in every sense. I had to give 1 star also, just because it was necessary, else I would have opted for negative reviews only.

I went there for a friend's wedding and I must say, the most beautiful places to plan a wedding or such great occasions. The villas, pools, gardens, hospitality, basically everything is perfect and on point. It is a huge place and would surely like to go there again!

Worst property ever, they dont provide towels. They do not have wifi as well and worst hospitality ever. The intercom does not work and when called they were very rude. If i am paying 6000RS for a night, better learn to provide good hospitality or return my money.

It is overrated. Villa is good. But, prices are too much. And, limited options are there in food. There is nothing in the name of indoor games. Pool is not clear as well. Also, pool is small in size. Instead of this, better option is to go to some resort.
