I was at work when my Dad called me and said he forgot his keys and was locked out the house. Since my dad is a senior citizen and needs immediate attention. It was also cold out. I searched on google for locksmiths and this company popped up with a few good reviews. I had no time to investigate if this company is legit or not so I called right away and spoke to the person, he called himself Randy Dandy. Pretty funny guy. I told him the situation and literally a few minutes later he was at my parents house and got my Dad inside the house in no time. My dad spoke very highly of him. Very respectful and down to earth. I highly recommend him and his business to everyone. 2020 was not the easiest of times especially here in new york. The locksmith who came the day before did not solve my problem -- change the vestibule lock. He couldn't remove a screw that held the lock. He tried to drill it out. Just indented the head. Went to get newer and stronger bits. Didnt work. He put it all back and charged me $285. For nothing. Of course, he said, I would get a credit if they came back. I wouldn't have them back. Called Kings Locksmith and Randy showed up. He cut a line in the screw with a small circular saw and used a flathead screwdriver. Out it came. So easy. He put in a new lock. Sweet natured. Professional. Speedy. He came in an hour of calling him. Couldn't be more pleased. This guy is one of those gems that good fortune brings your way.

I called Kings Locksmith to replace a lock on my front door of my building. They came out quickly and opened lock and replaced it when I was locked out. This lock would sometimes work and i kept procrastinating to get it changed but then finally It came back to bite me in the a$$...luckily I found this company on google and called them up. I was not sure if they were legit but I took a chance since i was desperate and they came through. Got locked out of my apartment and needed a locksmith ASAP. Locksmith was responsive, professional, and efficient. Whole process took less than an hour. I asked for an estimate upfront and he was honest with his pricing saying it would be at least $125 but definitely not above $400 unlike other locksmiths in the area. Cost $275 total due to the lock needing to be drilled. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a locksmith in the area.

Randy was early for our appointment, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Second generation locksmith. He talked himself out of a sale in a good way. Our deadbolt was jammed and most people do not use deadbolts anyway. Now our door self locks and will be easier for our tenants to use. Others in the past have replaced the mortise to the tune of hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend.
