Very upseting post. I called the vet at 615pm (they close at 7pm) whom has seen and has also diagnosed my baby with an illness that would take his life sooner then later. I ask if they could euthanize him as he was no longer eating and now could not walk. The pain he was enduring was seen and heart breaking. The receptionist advise there is no vacancies for the vet to see him and gave me other options which in turn would be more costly and an inconvenience to up lift him and take him kilometres away in the car.. Disappointing, as i soon realised it would take the most of 20mins including all the paperwork. 5 mins after i rang the Beverley hills vet hospital whom said bring him in straight away. All done and my baby is now sleeping peacfully and out of pain. If i ever have another pet i will not be returning there. I didnt feel the compassion of what an animal lover should feel..

MY cat Gabby recently had to go to The hospital as she was collapsing at home. Gabby was 25 years old.We knew Gabby had a few issues but her advanced age was against her.I got to the Vet in a bad state but Gabby and me were treated with Respect. Dignity for my Darling Cat Gabby.I was given a private place so Gabby and me could be together . They said to stay as long as I needed.The Vet and nurses, especially Lou ,were always there for us. I was so Sad and upsette but I felt the staff shared my greif. Gabby passed peacefully.I wanted her to pass at home but it wasn't to be. Today I pick up my Girl and take her home. Although So Sad still for me , Kingsgrove Vet and team made it as comfortable as possible. What more could you want for your DEAREST friend, your Pet.

Icecream my little moodle had pancreatitis and had to sleep over for three nights. She was placed on iv fluids, antibiotics, probiotics and had to eat special food for her gut health. After spitting out every dose of meds I had to give her, the beautiful nurses told me to come in every morning to give them to her instead. Dr Michael called and emailed to check on her progress. One would think after all that, Icecream would balk at the front door every morning, but she couldn’t wait to see the people who took such wonderful care of her, even for yucky medicine lol! I give the clinic 110% for care, service and price. Thank you so much xox

Really impressed with Michael's wealth of knowledge, his support and, service. Benny and the Pets Belmore are very accommodating and have looked after my own cat and foster cat very well be it bording, just a general check up or something more serious. Michael has a great understanding of the ever growing street cat population and issues they face. He seems to actively seek out and filter the information available regarding FiV and other diseases/infections. I have been involved in rescue work since 2014 and have dealt with many vets. Some are fantastic and some are not. Michael definitely sits up there with the best.

Worst experience I have ever had at a vet. Went to purchase sone sedatives to help with the euthanasia process for my dog. The older lady with black hair and glasses was rude, had no empathy and was talking over me. I had 2 ACP tans already that was administered by the vet from an earlier procedure, No we ding usd them, and I said “ oh “ can you destroy them . Straight into the normal trash they went. No compassion what so ever. It’s such a sad day of me and she couldn’t even say “ anything that had any compassion. All she was interested I. Saying wax “ cash or card “ Won’t be bringing my bed puppy here.

Michael is a godsend a breath of fresh air and like a place you call home. My two dogs have been privileged to have been cared for by Michael and his beautiful team for many years now and despite moving further away from the area I still will take my dogs only to Michael. I’ve tried others and no one comes close as far as knowledge -patience-great bedside manner- personality and of course experience and cost!! So thank you Michael and the team at Kingsgrove Vet for all your dedication and compassion and Making it less stressful, more about caring and the health and happiness of my two dogs now 16 and 17!

I took my 16-yr-old beautiful girl to BVH & unfortunately got the news no pet owner wants to hear - that she was starting to suffer from a series of organ failures. Even though I'm still absolutely gutted (I loved that girl so much) I greatly appreciate Michael's upfront honesty, thoroughness, empathy and compassion in helping make a heartbreaking experience as comfortable as he could. I might not be back at BVH for some time (when the next furry friend happens my way) but I really want to recommend Michael and his friendly staff to anyone who loves and wants the best treatment for their pet.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ve been a foster carer for years and Belmore vets have been a huge support to us and always looked after our dogs with the highest amount of care. Since then I adopted my own dog and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her like I do Michael. He’s so gentle and patient with animals, mine is a nervous doggo and he’s always so great with her. I’ve recommended him to a lot of friends and family and they are all incredibly happy with the care and service received by Michael and his team here. I don’t live locally and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Michael and his staff are great! Professional, attentive and with very reasonable fees, especially if you take out the Peace of Mind annual package. They have looked after our greyhound Ruby for many years, ever since Michael correctly diagnosed her IBS due to a kangaroo sensitivity which had been overlooked by our original vet. Whether it’s a dental or the many times they had to patch her up (greyhounds have very thin skin and can be accident-prone!), we have been very happy with the care they have provided. Highly recommended!

If I could give Michael and his team 100/10 I would! My little one has been in pain for 10 days and Michael was soo quick to make a decision on what needs to happen next. He referred my little one for scans and turns out she had two slipped discs. Thank you Michael for bringing this to my attention in one visit. Prior to seeing Michael I took her to two vets that dismissed her pain and I just knew something was wrong. Michael was able to figure this out soo quickly! Not taking my dog anywhere else!

I’ve been attending Kingsgrove Animal Hospital for 5 years now and I’m so grateful I found them. My Dog Lily means the world to me and as a poodle I have to take her to the Vet regularly. Every time she is treated at Kingsgrove Animal Hospital I know she is in the best possible hands. Michael and his team really care about their patients and are very professional and reliable. I trust them implicitly and wouldn’t take Lily anywhere else.

Extremely nice and friendly staff. I will always come back again and again for any pet needs. They are a very helpful bunch. Our family has been seeing the vet(s) at the Kingsgrove Animal Hospital for approximately 12 years. They have always taken very good care of our animals and we have referred other friends and family to them. We have cats and dogs and both our dogs have needed surgery in the past. Surgery was done at the Kingsgrove Animal Hospital with a 100% success rate. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our animals.

Michael and his team are fantastic, they really go above and beyond to care for my dog. I have been to a lot of vets but never found one as good as Kingsgrove Animal Hospital, I travel 40minutes each way to take my dog here because they are the best. They are professional and caring and the clinic is always bright and clean. Thanks for taking such good care of my fur baby!

Took my dog to three vets to inspect a lump on my dog , this vet was the only one that completely missed it, completely the first time , second until I mentioned it. He died from cancer soon after. Nice vet and people but not the best for medical care is all. But fine to get chews and work tablets - just don’t bring them here if ur pets Life counts on it.

Best vet ever! Always happy to assist And answer any questions we had (very knowledgeable), been going here since I moved in the neighbourhood, with my pup and cat :) and when I call them with emergencies they give the best advice to take and allow me to bring my pet in :) all staff are very friendly and always give a warm and welcome atmosphere :)

Compassionate and competent. I struggled to find a vet who I really trusted with my pets. I was very happy and relieved when I found the Kingsgrove Clinic. The best vet we’ve visited around the 2206 area. The veterinarian is extremely compassionate and makes us and our dogs feel very comfortable. He allows us to come forward and ask any questions without judgement. The lady at the front desk is also very friendly and knowledgeable. In short, very trustworthy and reliable.

Dr Michael & Dr Tina are very kind and compassionate vets. Both my cats see the vets at Kings Vet and are better because of it. We have started an ongoing treatment for one of my cats and he is already much happier thanks to Dr Michael. The prices are affordable and the staff are very kind and accomodating.

All the staff and the doctor are supper friendly and informative. He is very attentive and observant. He was quick to notice my cat’s behaviour and symptoms. He also offered a lot of useful information on how to take care of my cats’ health. I highly recommend this vet/animal hospital to all pet owners.

Took my young pup for his C5 with Michael based on reviews from friends and amazed. He answered a whole bunch of silly questions too about Collies and young pups. Trish was patient with the pup too who loves meeting new people and could hardly get weighed without jumping around.
