Not the best service, actually the worst service possible, bought 2 pairs of shoes that cost R399 each nothing to sneeze at the one shoe had no inner sole so was not comfortable to wear, went to greenstone where I had purchased them was told they would call me still waiting, went into Norwood had the rudest young male who said his name was nobody, still have no inner sole plus no phone number for head office went back to greenstone, spoke to a female this time she said she would contact woodmead for an inner sole I'm still waiting this has gone on since November last year, if I was you I would not purchase one shoe from them as it is I bought 2 more pairs from another company and so have 3 of my friends bought from elsewhere, a crying shame companies hire people that don't care if we don't go back to the store.

Hardly have sales, usually cheaper at the store of the name brands. Bought shoes, found it cheaper, and tried to return. Then they can't reverse debit card transaction, offered to pay R1000+ in coins... manager was unhelpful and the cashier had to give her money for the return... Wouldn't recommend, unless they have a sale, and perhaps a different store...

Never caught the name of the gentleman on the shop floor who assisted us on 04/03/22 but he was the most kind and helpful person I have ever encountered. Listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice while I was looking for shoes for my mothers birthday.
