Wonderful establishment! Nice people and reliable service. My washer was down at home for about 3 Months so this place become like a second home, and I was never disappointed with my coming and going. The staff members were always helpful and kind. Also the owner was very prompt about any issues that arose in regards to the quality of service provided. I made lots of good memories that I will keep for a lifetime, and the best part about the whole experience was that the presence of God was there and felt, I constantly had instances where conversations about the Lord arose. You never know what God has in store in the most unlikely places. All was well there and I’m great full and pleased with the services.

Efficiently run and the people who work here are always friendly and super helpful! Love the app payment system, the washers always do a good job. Only room for improvement would be cleanliness of the floors but I imagine that would be hard to keep up with especially when it’s busy! (But a bonus is even when it’s busy, like a Sunday afternoon like today, it never feels too crowded and they have plenty of washers so you don’t have to wait) I’ve just gotten lots of dog hair on myself/my things when I haven’t been careful enough. Otherwise awesome, just make sure you peak in the washer before you put your stuff in to ensure the door doesn’t need a wipe or anything. I’ll always wash my stuff here!

I'm traveling from out of state, staying at my brother's. His dryer isn't working so I brought all our family laundry here. I have to say, this is THE nicest laundromat I've ever been in. It's clean. There's a worker here wiping thing down and just being available. And it's decorated! There's cute signs on the walls, and there's ceiling fans - nice ones! There's two flat screen TVs to watch. The baskets - the ones with wheels and bars across the top - are all in excellent condition. It's amazing! Oh, and it has a fake stackable washer and dryer outside the door with books in it. It's a "take a book, leave a book" thing so ppl can read while at the laundromat. So cool!

Good place to go if you need laundry done. 1.50 to 7.00 per load depending on the if you use the single load, double load, triple load, Giant Load or Mega Load washers. Dryers are 25 cents per 7 minutes. They offer a cleaning service where they will do your laundry for you, for additional charge. Above average A/C so you won't be burning up while doing your clothes. 5 stainless steel folding tables. 41 total washers, 29 dryers. Busy sometimes but depending on how much you need to wash, you can generally get in and out in under 2 hours with no or a limited wait.

I am writing this letter to complement Terry, ( the owner) Mindy & Arlene team at Kingwood laundromat. As I travel around the country an efficient and speedy laundromat is an essential service for me and my business. The caring people there fold the clothes perfectly just like at home, but only on the road! I was quite impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the entire staff, they have made this part of my travels a breeze. This pleasant experience exceeded all my expectations and I look forward to many more visits in the future.

Needed to wash almost 27 loads, there was no way I could finish with my washing machine at home. The closest laundromat was this place that came up. As soon as the lady that works here saw us unloading our truck she said you might want to use Big Bertha lol she holds up to 8 loads. I used big Bertha and several big loaders (machines) I was done washing in 20 minutes. Dryers are great took me 15 minutes to finish all my loads. This place is so clean and after every use they come wipe down every machine. These ladies are sweet and hard working

The good points are that the tables and machines are clean. The bad point is that people steal your stuff if you have to leave any of it unattended to take a load of laundry to your car. I had to wash a large comforter, so I went last weekend and did 6 loads at once to save time. When I started doing laundry this morning I discovered that all of my mesh bags for delicates, and a special one for bras, are missing. So, I wouldn't recommend going here by yourself if you have may have to leave any of your belongings unattended at any time.

This place has definitely turned around for the better! Years ago I would not have gone here because of the floors. They used to have carpet and was infested with fleas. My wife and I went back to use it because it is the closest one we have a couple of years ago and they had removed all the carpet and now have hard floors. They Updated their machines and you can wash everything from a small load up to a big fluffy comforter or even larger! They have a washing service as well. They will continue to have our business

We went on a Sunday at about 4 and it was pretty busy and I understand the 10 people limit inside but the lady only asked us, a visibly mexican family, to fold outside in 95 degree heat. There was a white man sitting down doing nothing behind us, and other ppl folding too. maybe I'm reading into the situation a bit but folding clothes in 95 degree weather in Texas is not ideal. the lady working that day needs to read the room a bit more before asking paying and loyal customer to fold in 95 DEGREE HEAT.

All but one of their single load machines are broken. Have a handful of whites that aren't quite a double load? Too bad, you're going to pay for a double load. I literally had eight items I couldn't fit in my machine and guess what? I had to pay for a double load. When I pointed this out to the employee she was rude, condescending amd suggested I find a new laundromat if I didn't like their facilities. Don't worry, I will.

Pros: Clean, cool, and plenty of washers/dryers. Cons: No enforcement at all of proper mask-wearing during a pandemic that has killed nearly 600,000 Americans. Customers entirely without masks, wearing masks with their noses uncovered, wearing masks under their chins. Employee on duty says nothing and has her mask off at various times too. 4 stars instead of 5 for that reason only. Hope owner will enforce soon.

On my first visit the owner was very generous and allowed me to start my wash and dry past normal closing hours. She politely helped me figure out the quickest and cheapest way to wash and dry them all efficiently. I was very satisfied with the customer service and now understand why my sister had a positive attitude towards this location. If you knew my sister. She's not easy to get a compliment from lol

I like this place because its close. There is a cute cabinet outside with books to take home, read there, or bring some to share. Plenty of outside space to sit at benches, smoke, or stay inside watch TV, news is usually on. A small bulletin board for local stuff.. Place is always super clean and the owner is friendly. She has lots of orders so the busy drop off service must be excellent!

Nice place, but employees maybe should make sure everyone in there is there for a reason. Had an old man standing behind watching me as i was checking my clothes in the dryer. Then he GOT A CHAIR and sat DIRECTLY behind me so he could watch me bend over to take my clothes out. Asked him what his problem was and he acted confused and started playing on his phone. Beware this creepy dude.

It's nice and cold inside, great service, nice people, great athsmosphere, clean dryers, and washers, great products, cold vending machine, lots of space, friendly people, great place to do laundry and catch Antarctica, Air, clean chairs, clean floor, fast drying and washing, nice tv to watch the tv on and great choice of laundry detergents

Used to come here when I was younger (before I had my own washer and dryer, lol). Recent circumstances have returned me to using the laundromat and I am happy to say this one is still as good as it was in the past. Friendly staff, clean, and plenty of machines to get the job done. Hate doing laundry, but this place makes it less of a chore.

The facilities are GREAT... prices are good too!! They are having issues with their AC right now because one of the units is 17 years old... they are waiting on the property managers (Uhaul) to fix it... like most landlords etc, they are doing it at their own pace... The ladies are so sweet they are providing water to the customers!!

I went to the laundromat for the first time today. It was very busy, but the attendant on duty was awesome. She was juggling her work duties, but also able to bounce around and chat with customers. She showed me how to use machines quickly and efficiently to save me money. Very nice customer service. Thank you Kingwood Laundromat!

There are only 2 XL front loaders, 4 large & 2 med front loaders. The rest are top loaders. Decent prices, a little lower than the other place I go. But I can only come on a Saturday with a ton of really dirty work clothes & cannot wait around & fight for the XL front loader. Place looked clean. Maybe I will try another time.

Our washer was being replaced, so in the meantime we used this place one Sunday morning. It was quiet and clean. Restrooms were clean as well. The picture taken of the laundromat makes the area look bigger, there's not alot of sitting room. We didn't go on a busy day, so that wasn't an issue, but it could be on a busier day.

This place is a delight. Super clean, VERY friendly staff. The owner is there most of the time and she takes pride in her business. I have no idea how this is not a 5 star place because that's the only way I see it. The wash and fold service is very professionally done and when they start pick up it will only get better.

Kingwood Laundromat is the cleanest one I have EVER experienced and this is from living in 4 different countries! The owner and all the ladies that work there are super knowledgeable and eager to help customers. They have the BEST prices on everything from machine use to wash and fold services. Highly recommend!

My husband was rudely accused of having counterfeit money ($10). He was rudely told they would call the police. Turns out the bill was just old. Our first and last time. The place does not have a lot of machines and is 25 cents higher then other clean Laundromats in Humble.

The owner and the attendents are very helpful and polite. They have very clean machines and can help you with any thing you need. They sell detergent and have vending machines, and it is my favorite place to do laundry. They also have a wonderful drop off service.

Never thought I would say this but I love this place. Always clean, staff is awsome. I've been going through all my comforters and doing a few at a time. Literally in and out in less than an hour. It's actually cheaper and faster to clean them here than at home.

Probably the cleanest laundromat I have ever set foot in. Both times I have been so far the employees have been nice & always cleaning the machines & facilities. Decent prices for a quick & efficient wash & dry. They even have drop off services.

Use to go here, was disappointed last time!! Showed up to dry ONLY, and the lady said last wash is at so and so, and closed the door not letting me tell her I was there to only dry two loads. So I drive to Mr. Clean now

This place is a very up to date efficient laundromat. They are reasonably priced and have lots of amenities that make doing your laundry a more enjoyable experience. And the staff there are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, very helpful! Efficient and fast machines get your clothes clean and dried in a timely manner. Washed and dried 4 loads of clothes, folded them, and was home within an hour and 10 minutes.

They have really good dryers. I had an issue with one not getting hot. The owner (I presume) helped me transfer my clothing and added a few quarters to the machine. Seating is very limited.

I am new to the area and I most say this laundromat welcomed me with open arms it is very clean and customer friendly. You don’t get this customer service everywhere.

This place just has a good vibe. Ample machines, free wifi, and a very clean bathroom. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

The websites and the front door have their hours of operation but they are wrong!!! It's suppose to be open at 7:30 and it's 8:15 ... and this place is not open yet.

I’ve never used the DIY section but the Wash & Fold service is very handy in a pinch. We’ve used it during remodels, moves or when laundry just gets out of hand.

They've upgraded from the old washers to new ones but along with that comes higher prices. I do like how quiet it is and that there's plenty of parking.
