Wow… just wow! Went there to pick up some shoe laces. Could barely find the place. Absolutely ZERO signage and the door is locked. Nobody answers the phone. Not a good look for someone on YouTube claiming or appearing to be someone with CLASS! Will order from somewhere else. Avoid like the plague! Owner responded (below). My response: How is a customer to know your business is “online” when your website clearly says IN-STORE SHOPPING, and has business hours posted (9am - 5pm, M - F)? At the very least it’s misleading and poor business practices. Please update update your website, Mr. Allison.

Worst customer service. Selected 2 day shipping and received it in 5 days. Product doesn’t help when it arrives after the job interview. Couldn’t get ahold of customer service for multiple days over the phone, they don’t even have a voicemail. Will never use Kirby Allison again; should’ve went with Amazon.

Items are packed poorly. Needed an exchange due to this. Extremely rude customer service especially with those who answer the phones. Had three different versions of information over several weeks across multiple people while trying to resolve an issue. Avoid.

I've now placed several orders through the online shop, all of which have shipped and arrived on time. The products are second to none: I especially recommend the English-made grooming products and the Saphir suite of shoe-care products.

Showed up at 4:54 to an empty office after a 30 minute drive. Is the only time I can come due to work, hours posted say will call for items is possible 9 to 5.
