I have been attending Kirtis beauty for just over a year now and I can hands-down say she has been ‘THE BEST’ at what she does. Her work is clean, effective and fast. Kirti makes me feel comfortable and most of all provides a pain-free experience. She keeps me busy with friendly chats to keep my mind off possible pain and ensures I am satisfied with her work before I leave. At the beginning I used to check to see if she may have missed any areas but now I blindly trust her and feel that amazing skin when I get home. Kirtis character is what makes me feels welcome, you can talk to her about anything and have a good laugh. Almost like I’ve knows her for years! I also like how Kirti tries to fit my preferred appt on the most convenient times possible, if its not possible, she ensures she updates me on any changes. Since I moved to North West London about a year ago, I've been going to Kirti for all my beauty needs as recommended by family. All I can say is she is literally the BEST! When I wasn't in the area I would go to the shops and hated that I would be seen by a different person everytime - now I don't have to worry as I have Kirti. This is my second visit and it say I couldn't be happier is an understatement. As a man, I was looking for a place to thread my eyebrows in the Harrow area, so I phoned first to ask if she does men’s eyebrows and ask the price. Very polite, very promising, I made an appointment. Perfect service from start to finish, from making appointment to leaving (and great results). You can tell she has been doing this for long time, she is professional, skilled, effective, kind and friendly. She does an amazing job. She will do your eyebrows just the way you wanted them to be. I wish I found her sooner. I will definitely go again, I will recommend to all my friends, brothers and sisters!

I was disgusted with her attitude as she started shouting at me for coming a few minutes early to my appointment and i was still speaking nicely with her and she also made my appointment time late with another client and shouted again at me when i just called her if I should come now. She even went hard with the thread on my eyebrows making it bleed a bit due to her unecessary anger. I am disgusted if this is her behaviour with her clients. Just because of my kindness and young age she is not aloud to take advantage of that. Never will I come again

I started looking for a waxing place mid to late 2020 and found Kirtis beauty, I was very happy as she is 7 minutes from me. The first time I went I was nervous as it was my first wax but it went so well.
