Yesterday my friend purchased two pricey items for a Christmas gift. The lady serving her could not have tried any harder to make it clear that she didn't want to be there. When my friend asked if they gift wrap (there is literally a gift wrapping station in the store all set up), the lady said they are very busy and was clearly irritated by the request. My friend politely said she'd really like them wrapped as they are for her sister's christmas present. The lady begrudgingly went to get a box to put them in. Another much friendlier staff member asked my friend if she was being served in the meantime, to which my friend said she was and had asked for her bowls to be wrapped. The lady responded saying "yes of course we can wrap those for you, I'll go and get some bubble wrap." My friend then let the original lady know that the other lady went to get bubble wrap, to which the lady basically grunted in response. When the polite staff member returned with the bubble wrap, the rude lady was clearly irritated. There are several clues here for the manager to have a word to the rather rude staff member (I think her name started with a J). Maybe she's just having a bad day? Maybe she's being micromanaged? Regardless, everyone should be treated respectfully and with good customer service, unless of course they themselves are impolite! We left feeling uncomfortable and really disappointed by how my friend was treated. Afterall, she's always so polite!!

Experience was below standard expectations. Was not greeted nor acknowledged, asked staff for an item I was looked up and down then was stared at and said they don’t know had to ask the manager I proceeded to say not to worry. At the registers where there were three ladies free I was barely acknowledged once again asked umm can I pay for these items I was then told they had to wait for the manager for codes as items were on sale mind u 10 min has gone by so I decided not to give my business to them and leave the store with no items and completely dissatisfied. So well done for losing a customer.

Good selection of items, very well organised store, friendly and helpful staff. Prices a bit on the dear side but not massively so. The only negative about the store involves the organisation of the items I purchased: bought individual cutlery pieces and the items in the trays were very badly mixed up to the point that I almost bought the wrong knife! I realise that this is due to customers browsing and not returning the items to the correct trays but staff should be regularly sorting the cutlery, and any similar loose items, into their correct trays.

The lady named Joanne is a racist. I was checking the clearance section and saw a beautiful kettle I was watching for a while dropped from $300 to $88. Joanne approached to me and said I could not be in that section because of no one can touch items due to COVID (it is August 2023!). A Caucasian lady in the same store opened the box without being say anything. That’s, from all aspects, an insult and humiliation. It is NOT acceptable.

I went in to HQ artarmon with looking for a mattress in mind. I noticed this new store, so went to have a look. Very nicely layed out and super attentive staff. I bought a roasting pan and rack for it. The prices are good and I like the fact that you can return for a refund, not a credit note for change of mind if the item is not opened or used. Good luck. I will be back.

I wanted to say thank you to the Kitchen Warehouse Artarmon for their swift and professional handling of a product issue. I purchased a knife set and one of the knives snapped due to a defect. Without question the team organised a replacement knife. Delighted with their fair handling of the problem. Will buy my products from there again. Cheers

A great kitchen supply store! They had everything I needed. While the store layout is a bit confusing, maze-like even, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and can direct you with ease. Their pricing is pretty average for a kitchen store, but they definitely look nicer than other kitchen stores around. Will be coming back!

I was looking at an item online and needed additional information so called the store. A very friendly lady called Macarena (like the song :D ) answered and was extremely helpful! Literally checked everything about the item and got back to me! Thank you and highly recommended!

I came in last Thursday and received the most amazing customer service ever. Two older ladies served me and helped me figure out what pans i would needed. they gave me so many tips on cooking food i didnt even know I needed. I cant thank them enough

Called in a Saturday morning looking for a pressure cooker, and not only was the last very polite and knowledgeable, she went to great lengths to help even though they didn't have the item I wanted. Will be back for future purchases. Thanks again.

Took what I thought was a faulty item back here, and the manager carefully explained that the item was in fact working as intended. She showed me how to use it and took the time to make sure all was good. Appreciate the time.

3 service staff, only one knows anything about price matching. She's busy on the phone and after a long wait for a simple answer which any 'trained' staff would know. Bright and shiny store, incompetent staff.

I had to return an online purchase and the two ladies that served me were delightful. I had a quick look around and there were plenty of heavily discounted, quality items so I’ll definitely be back!
