My wife and I recently sold our house through Knight Frank. We have some experience as we have moved a few times. We have had good agents before but the service here was first class. We had a very useful first meeting with Peter Kenny and Tara Jerman but it was Tara who looked after us throughout the process ranging from advice on de-cluttering and cleaning (Tara's Mantra: 'Do as much as you can and then a bit more!') through the negotiations and right to the end of what is a very stressful process especially in a changing market. Tara is not only a likeable good humoured character who was a pleasure to deal with but really does care. It's not 'just a job'. Well done Tara.

I recently purchased a sought after property in Dublin 2 with the help of Knight Frank’s Sales Agent Richard Banahan and I cannot speak highly enough about the service he provided. I was overseas which should have made the purchase process more challenging, but Richard was on top of it. His great communication skills and knowledge of property sales made for a seamless and happy buying experience. There were other buyers looking to purchase the property but Richard made sure to keep me in the loop and was honest with what directions he gave in order for me to acquire the home of my dreams. Guy Craigie and his team at Knight Frank have been amazing in providing us with the advice, support and assistance needed for a very particular and slightly complicated property which he understood immediately. His advice was invaluable and far exceeded some competitors we also contacted in terms of quality and support. I have no hesitation in recommending Guy and the team at Knight Frank in general. Extremely professional presentation of information on the site. This is quite rare. A careful and thoughtful approach is felt in every detail. However, something else can be improved. First of all, I would like programmers to significantly speed up the loading of pages the site. And secondly, I would like to see not only the size of the rooms in meters on the floor plans, but also their area.
