The rice that comes with the plates is seasoned to perfection and not too salty. Also, the seasoning on their fries is delicious! Don't sleep on the stuffed grape leaves. Their baklava is the bombklava! Mr. Felicia accidentally left his debit card here. After a week of retracing his steps and searching the house, we finally came to the conclusion that he must have left it on the counter at Koftaky's. I told him that they're good people. If he left it there, they are probably waiting for him to realize it's there and they're holding it for him. So he called. Sure as sh!t, he left it there. And just as I suspected, the honest restaurant owner was hanging on to it for him. Stopped in after an extremely long day of work and then packing and moving. I’ve had an usually high number of charges from different places today from moving expenses. My card was flagged for fraud and continuously declined after many attempts. I apologized for the inconvenience and left. Beginning to cry as I walked to my car as today had already been a lot and then that added on top. I sat in my car beginning to leave and the sweetest gentleman (I’m assuming he is the owner) came outside with the food and gave it to me. Hugged me and told me not to cry. Literally one of the most genuine, kind hearted things I’ve ever experienced. This was the first time I’ve ever been in this restaurant. Sadly, I’m moving across town, but I will make the trek to support them when I can. Not only were they extremely gracious, the food was phenomenal. I can’t be thankful enough!!!

Koftaky Grill is delicious! The food is made to order and fresh! I love some hot French fries! I got the cheesesteak and hubby got the gyro plate. Both were delicious! We will definitely be back. Don’t forget to grab a piece of Egyptian cake! It’s the perfect sweet treat after a hearty meal.

My friend had been craving falafel and we happened to see a sign hanging outside this place that had it on it, so we decided to give it a try! Well...we were not disappointed!! They were friendly upon entering (which i appreciate nowadays) and the food was fresh and tasted great. The falafel was different than what i had tried in the past but was tasty. The salad was cold and fresh as well. Would recommend and will go back. The restrooms were very clean as well. To me, that tells me the most i need to know when trying new places. Keep it up guys!!!

BEST GYRO IN NASHVILLE. Dont judge a book by its cover, the exterior and interior design is NO FRILLS but this little family owned and run restaurant has the best gyro in nashville. They treat my Littles like family, always offering them sweets and always quick to help out if needed. My kids think their highchairs are VIP spots for them everytime we come!

I thought the lamb plate was very tasty.The gyro meat was good. The chicken meat could have been a little more chuncky, but good flavor.The tabouli is very good with lots of parsley. The salad was fresh. I asked to try the hummus and I decided not to get it, because of the texture. It was a little "pasty" with a little spicy taste. I prefer my hummus creamy and without the spice. Overall, it was a good experience. Will definitely go back. The employees are nice and helpful.

I have been going here about once a week for over a year. The food is really great and the people who work here are so nice. Since I’ve been coming here for so long, they have turned me on to many different things on their menu that I would not have otherwise tried. The baba ganoush is worth trying. It has the mouth feel of hummus but is made from eggplant and tahini. Really good. This visit I had the lamb chops for the first time. They were amazing (photo attached).

Delicious food and very friendly service. Everything tasted very fresh. Don't be discouraged by the dated look or location - the food is great and so are the prices! Not easy to get a solid lunch for two for around $20 these days. We will definitely be back!

Food is usually good but I noticed their state department score was a 68 and it was posted behind a fan so it was not visible to customers. I also called in an order for two chicken kebab plates. When I arrived they had lamb kebabs instead of what I ordered. I waited for my order to be made. After waiting I asked for the lamb kebabs because I was in a rush. They stated they would charge me 4 dollars more even though it was their mistake.

The folks here are incredibly nice! The gyro plate is my all time favorite but if I'm looking to cut some fat I do the chicken gyro plate! Everything is delicious its got that dive vibe but definitely a gem

I just ordered food from here and was so excited to try it out. I literally took one bite of each item I bought and threw it in the trash. The only thing that was edible was the rice. The salad was not fresh. The ranch was disgusting and the other sauce was also very disappointing and has a weird texture. The chicken looked nothing like the photos, was dry, and the flavor was gross. Do not order from here.

Some of the nicest people in the neighborhood. When you eat here, it's like eating with family. These people take pride in the food they prepare. I am a regular here because of that. The yellow rice and yoghurt sauce are authentic and made from scratch. I am very happy with their clean atmosphere and friendly demeanor. Bring your family and know what everyone else in the neighborhood already know.

The food here is always fresh and very tasty. If you've never tried it before don't be shy tell them the allow you to taste before you buy. They want you to be happy with your order. They encourage you to try new dishes if they see you have been there before. It makes you step outside of your comfort zone. You have got to try the Egyptian bean dip, it's the best ever.

Had to come in seeing the food on the banner and I'm glad we did. The smell of the grill when you walk in is intoxicating and the smiles behind the counter welcome you in. I had the lamb kabab plate, my wife had the gyro plate. The lamb was cooked perfect, the taste was soooo good lol. I tried the gyro too and it too was fantastic. Found a new favorite place.

Very good & fresh! My lamb was spiced well. They hooked me up with lots of Tzatziki & Tahini sauce that really kicked up the flavor of my meal! There was more in the plate but I couldn't wait to eat it! Totally had to stop myself to take a photo. Great prices for hearty meals!

This place is a sleeper, I’m vegetarian and had the app sampler everything was wonderful. My husband is not and had a Gyro that he was able to customize after the meat being cooked, he claimed it’s the best he’s ever had! The fact that you can see the sisters cooking is comforting for the quality of food they provide, will definitely be back.

Pretty darn good place to eat. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers & onions. Sandwich was so good! The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is we ordered French fries and they put them down to early so they were just warm instead of hot once our sandwiches were done. The staff is so friendly & welcoming!

Pretty easily the best Mediterranean / Egyptian food I’ve had regardless of location. A wonderful, kind family runs the business and cooks amazing food. Get the lamb kabob, lamb chops or mixed grill...you’ll be glad you did. I frequently drive 30min+ to eat here. It’s worth it. Give these guys a chance!!!!!!

Not bad. The pita bread is stale. The chicken tastes just warned up. The rice is sort of chewy. The dressings aren't great. I'd eat here again, but I can think of 3 other Greek places off the top of my head that far exceed this.

We literally received the BEST service here! They were so nice and helpful! The prices are fair for the portion of food and it was good! We tried the Mix Grill plate and the Gyro Mix plate and both were delicious. I would pass on the fries next time, but overall I’m very pleased with this place!

Store was nice and clean. Food did not take long. But most places have combo of gyro with fries, that's only at lunch time. I got a chicken gyro, it seemed old and it tasted dry. The person with me got a falafel gyro and it was okay. Still on the lookout for a good gyro combo place.

If I could give them 0 I would!! I have NEVER had greek chicken that tasted so foul and disgusting!! I wouldn’t eat here if it was the last place open on earth. They seem like really nice people but food is terrible. I literally threw away $15 worth of food after three bites.

They over charged us for gyro sandwich. When we asked about the charge the price was changed from $5 to $7. We were In actuality charged $9. When asked about the amount of the bill The cashier was a offended. The food was ok but the customer service was not good.

You must try! the people are so nice and the food is delicious. Uncertain of what to eat here? try the gyro plate sub taboli for regular salad with the cucumber sauce no ranch and order it with extra tahini you can thank me later.
