I went to Kohl's to return gifts I didn't want. They refused to return one of the items, so I'm stuck with it. The other item was returned for $97.47, despite the purchase price of $149 clearly on the receipt. Then they would only give me store credit, so I'm stuck with a credit I have no intention of using. They don't care about customer service. I tried to contact them online and had to wait for more than 30 minutes in a queue of 252 people (it tells you your place) at 11:40pm EST. I have no doubt why the queue was that long. The online customer service tried to tell me to go back to a store. I would give Kohl's zero stars if that was an option. They give you empty platitudes while providing zero help, don't give you full refunds, and won't even refund some of their own merchandise. It is nearly inevitable that they'll see this review and reach out, and I want to tell them right now to not even bother unless they intend to turn this store credit into cash and to take back this meat grinder that was purchased on their own website. I will NEVER shop at Kohl's, I will NEVER buy someone a gift at Kohl's because I don't want them to suffer the massive inane headache of trying to deal with their customer service, and I will encourage anyone who would even contemplate buying me a gift to avoid Kohl's like the plague. F-

The new store arrangement is a little cramped but it's shoppable. My only real complaint is the merchandise was so messy! Things were in the wrong place, unfolded, on the floor, etc. I realize it's the holiday season and the stores more crowded but there should be a couple of dedicated Associates on the floor just going from Department to Department straightening up everything and that's all they do. And I realize that once they straighten up a shelf and leave that that shelf will be messed up within minutes but that's the point of circling the floor. You keep the merchandise neat and tidy and people are going to be more likely to buy it. If you don't have the items in the proper place then people can't see how much they cost and a lot of people aren't going to bother to find out. There's not going to purchase the product. I did like the fact that the registers were all up and running. The lines went really fast. That Associates running the registers were really friendly and smiling. This was a big change from how it's been my past few shopping trips at Kohls. I think that's probably because they have more people hired so the workers aren't as frazzled.

I'm "Not" a frequent Shopper of the Speedway Store, but I decided to stop by after work. I was able to find, what I was looking for. The reason for the 2 Star Rating, is because of how "I" was treated at Checkout. The Employee was unfriendly. I wasn't greeted. I was just asked if I was ready to check out. Employee then made a comment about me folding my Items, prior to her ringing them up. She began to show her appreciation to another Employee, for a Job well done, while waiting on me. I wasn't "Thanked" for my Purchases, at the end. As I walked away, I heard the Employee "greet", the Customer behind me, in a very friendly manner. It's a shame, that I had to be treated that way. I am a 60 year old Woman and deserved to be treated with respect, as well as the Customer's in front of me, or behind me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's, just not so much, at the Speedway Location. God Bless. Respectfully, Loyal Customer

We were able to find some good deals. The cashier, Gail let my daughter pick a discount card from a deck that she fanned out. It was fun. Natalie got a 30% off card. And Gail also was nice to us even though it was about a minute past closing time. This would be a 5-star review except that two of the security lights in the parking lot we're not working. I guess that is not really Kohl's fault but rather the responsibility of the mall owner. The store was clean and the merchandise was well organized and by using the clearance rack and the buy one get one 1/2 off sale we were able to get everything we needed.

This Kohl's is lacking in soooo many ways. I went shopping here a year ago, and some of the same ish is for sale or on their clearance racks. There's nothing really exciting. The plus section is a travesty. It feels like they are always missing things or just not getting enough stock. The intimates section is atrocious! Nothing is ever in order and everything is every where. The girl with the purple hair that works there looks like she was doing her best to stock and organize. I still shop here. But if it wasn't for the bunk a*s deals and Kohl's cash, I'd never go here.

Jena is amazing! She was working in the returns department and once she got through her line of returns, she called us over to check out our purchase with her. In most stores (and even Kohl's stores) that I visit, people working other departments are not willing to help the cashier line during a quiet period for their department. Jena was sweet, helpful, patient, and I really appreciated her kind service!

Wow! First time back to Kohl's in a year+ and the new management team has turned the place around. SUPER friendly associates. Store neat and clean and looks fantastic. Just top notch!!! Had to do an Amazon return (which is also cool.. you get a 25% off coupon to use if you do an Amazon return) and so glad we gave the store another visit. Very impressed and lots of improvement over previous visit.

Store has been remodeled. Used to have a bigger selection of plus-size clothes, not now. And the jewelry was rather unique, but it has been paired down as well. Great that customer service is in the front of the store, however disappointed that they have down-sized the store which only means less options. Even towels and bedding is a major disappointment.

Definitely not my favorite Kohl's to go to. So many bitter older ladies as cashiers, who are not willing to help at all. Pick up parking space is very limited & picking up your order is definitely made difficult. Picking up orders at other Kohl's is very smooth, but that is never the case with this one. I'd rather travel the extra mileage from now on.

the customer service rep was very nice help me get extra discounts on some items I was purchasing but I wanted a vacuum cleaner and they didn't have it so the problem is why advertise things when you only have one item you need to have more than one. Now I have to go online to order the the item that I want it Inconvenience for sure.

Good place to shop cloths from. Good customer service. Prices are not expensive and you can get really good brands for lower price through coupons and clearens. The only thing I did not like last summer I got two teshirts and the got damaged only few days after I used. So do not blindly trust all brands

I like that they now accept Amazon returns from you so easily. They even package your items and shop for free just scan the QR code that’s it. Two hours later your money is refund . Plus 25% coupon good for a week in kohl’s which has everything on sale now anyways. Win win win for everyone here

Very clean store. The sales associates were friendly and courteous. They helped me to find all the items that I needed and they were easy and friendly. It was a great shopping experience and I recommend this location. I will be going back there with all my needs that they can assist me with.

Good, I called for a product, supposedly they went to look for it and I was told they didn't have it and hung up on me. Went to the store and they did have the product. Check out cashier was nice and helped me with the Kohls cash. I like Kohls and the quality. This was the Speedway store.

Making a return from Amazon and was unsure where to go and I must have has that lost look on my face because an employee stopped me to see if she could help point me in the right direction, which was so helpful! The employee at the Amazon return area was also pleasant and helpful!

I've always liked Kohl's and this location is one of the better ones around Indy. My only complaint, I'm not even sure is about this one store, or all Kohl's, but I've noticed that they have a much smaller selection of men's clothes recently. Otherwise, I still recommend them.

The place is very neat and organized. The staff is friendly and gives great customer service. Shelves are well stocked and prices are clearly labeled. My daughter was invited for a clothing program. We were treated with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this location.

Easy to find and get in and out of. Went at night could have brighter lighting in the parking lot to make me feel safer...but wasn't busy got in and out no problems. Order online and pick at customer service customer service was very thoughtful and nice to deal with too.

Great customer service! Purchased a tie within an hour had to exchange it. Both sales associates were friendly. The one at the guest service desk that handled the exchange was fantastic. She understood and even helped us decide which tie to go with the jacket.

Didn't shop i was returning an Amazon package. The front Lady Helen was very kind. She greeted me and helped me get to the right place. I have never shopped at Kohl's before but her kindness makes me want to come back and spend money. All stores need a Helen.

Staff were super nice and helpful, I was trying on stuff in the dressing room and there's no locks on the door and it's non-gendered so some poor guy walked in on me and seemed horrified, I'd just suggest the company spring for locks lol

This is a much smaller store than most others. Their stock is a little more limited but the place is stuffed full of goodies... And good deals! I have often ordered online and just going to pick up at the store. It's very easy and fast.

No even exchanges even though both brands were ineligible for promotions. Always thought Kohl's made it convenient for gifts but I won't be doing any holiday shopping here anymore. Good thing plenty of competitors opened up next door.

There is a different vibe in each Kohls I go to. This Kohl's can use better customer service. I enjoy quick fast service but don't enjoy being treated like questions or a smile in your voice is an inconvenience.

Very tired trying to keep track of their "so-called" rewards/cash. More and more items are exempt from cash earned, coupons, etc... Prices are also more than other stores. No longer one of my choice places.

They have such nice clothes but it can be a little hard to find clothes you want. it seems a little too packed for me. But regardless of that it's a really nice store and they have good workers too.
