Bandera location in San Antonio Texas , I went there for the first time to look around the women there had really bad make up jobs they just kept applying it to there face until they were covered completely it was weird . I asked if they were ok the two women said oh we’re board . I was like m k . I picked up two eye shadow pallets that were displayed out front it said 10.00 for each when I got to the counter the girl said no we just put them there to fill up the table I said u need to take the price off so this is false advertising she had no idea what that meant she was rude too . I have never spoken to that way . She was so unprofessional she knew nothing about make up she had no information to give or anything she was on her cell the whole time and applying large amounts of lipstick to her face which . I am wondering where is the manager is this how you run your company . It was bazaar . The other lady said I don’t know today is my first day and she was following what the other girl did so both of them were weird . I stopped coming to this Sephora just because the prices are wrong the staff well never mind the staff just not a fun Sephora not sure what is going on there not a good time to go and not very nice I was treated with horrible customer service . If I could give them no stars I would. .

As much as I like to avoid clothes shopping, my experience with Kohl's was very positive. We only needed clothing although they sell household goods. The store wasn't packed and the staff was friendly. The place was really clean and organized. The return process for an online purchase was extremely easy. I even was able to return an Amazon package in store and got a 25% coupon. The selection of clothing in-store was pretty decent. Because of COVID-19, you can't try on clothes in-store and that makes the friction-less returns even more valuable. We shopped for the entire family and we found 90% of what we needed. The quality/price equation was good although the sales signs on "everything" slowed down my efforts to find the great bargains. You get Kohl bucks to entice you to return in the next week or so. It obviously is good marketing on their side. It might make sense to break up some of your volume purchase to further reduce cost. I won't return to spend them just because avoid "losing" a discount. The customer service here is always horrible. I've been here several times over the years and it's always the same. Employees are rude and unfriendly, none of them have any interest in helping you, and if you try to ask for assistance you're met with curt responses and bad attitudes. Even going through checkout they're unfriendly and rude. They act like everything is a terrible inconvenience for them, and they're rarely busy enough for that to be the cause of their attitudes. Is it poor company training or the management at this specific location that is at fault for this? Nothing they sell is worth the price unless it's marked down 60% or more. You can find everything they have online at far cheaper prices. Don't waste your time with this place. I only shopped here when they had sales, and I'm done. It is not worth it now that we have so many better options elsewhere.

Kohl's was amazing! I had ordered women's leggings online but I really should have ordered smaller. Customer service was friendly and expedient in crediting my returns.Plus, with the Kohl's Cash discounts I was able to buy two pairs of the correct size leggings, in my desired polyester/ spandex blend that will NOT attract PET FUR!! ( Which are sometimes difficult to find.) I am just THRILLED! In addition, my husband found three beautifully made shirts for himself at prices that would not affect our budget! Kohl's sale prices are incredible! I would say that Kohl's is now my favorite place to shop for clothing!

Store is clean, employees were friendly and the shopping experience is good. You have to be careful with their coupons and rewards programs though. There is always fine print and they never make it clear on what you can and can't use them on. Typical deception on the company's part to make you go in and then after you've checked out all your merchandise the cashier says "oh you can't redeem your coupon on this" then to avoid embarrassment you end up paying full price. This is a deceptive trick and always makes me leery of shopping here as my first choice.

It's all about those Amazon returns - SO convenient! Quick & easy, and they give you some sort of in-store coupon or Kohl's cash when you make an Amazon return. I'm not quite sure what to make of the rest of the store though... it definitely comes across as NOT on-trend stuff, or off-season?? ‍♀️‍♀️ Like, it's a smidge better than the selection at Ross/Marshall's/TJMaxx etc, but definitely far off the mark of what you would find at Nordstom or even Dillard's, Macy's, etc There is a very large Sephora section in this Kohl's - cool.

Store on it own is great but the reason for the 2 stars is because in ONE day I’ve had to cancel orders for in store pick up TWICE! I’m able to pay for items but when it’s time to pick up almost half my order is changed because suddenly the items are no longer available. I use this option a lot because it convenient since I have my kids and I can just go in and out. I will no longer be using this buy online in store pick up, it’s a complete mess and customer service couldn’t care less as to why I’m cancelling.

Like ever other kohls but this one had lots of clothes just unfolded and thrown about on the shelves. There was a pile of jelly beans spilled on the floor near the back. One area had what looked like a bunch of clearance items just crammed in a small space near the shoe section. Perhaps some folks should stay late for a few hours and get this place reorganized so it looks professional again. I'd like to give this location the benefit of the doubt that they were just really busy and undemanned.

I love the store at Bandera Point in San Antonio the employees are so friendly and helpful. I went to purchase a pair of lawn chairs for my patio the young gentleman at the customer service desk moved them to the front of the store and even helped arrange them in my car. Its rare you get that kind of service!! My only regret is I didn't get his name. I truly hope the store manager acknowledges what a fantastic employee they have!! Many thanks from a happy customer

Wife loves going to this location. Its always clean and we've only run into friendly professional staff. Love the selection they offer as well on multiple different items. Line sometimes is long but the cashiers work really hard to keep it down and keep it flowing. Definetly if you love going to kohls you'll like going here. I know they don't have much of a jewelry selection in store anymore so thats the only downside.

A favorite store that is nearby. Love that I can take Amazon returns here, but must always stay and shop because of the perk passed along. Almost bought this JOY ornament as the after Christmas Sale was in full swing. Love discounts I can enjoy at Kohl's. Been shopping at this store since it opened. Efficient service, helpful staff, and the store is always clean. I go here often to make Amazon returns (and often wind up purchasing something I happen across). The staff is alway friendly and accommodating. I have witnessed them assisting other customers who are struggling with the Amazon app. I find that to be a good indication of their customer service as it would be too easy to get frustrated instead.

I don’t make the time to give out any experiences I’ve had at stores, but I have to give out a big shout out to Enrique who works at the Bandera 1604, San Antonio location. He helped me scan every single emails I received from Kohl’s and I was getting so confused with all the friendly reminder emails. Not once did he make an annoyed -ugly face, and he did not rush me either. Thank you Enrique!!!!

So during a free for all shopping spree with my mom, I managed to grab all the stuff except what I already owned. I guess subconsciously I wanted a new purse, because I grabbed everything else out of the cart except that. So when I realized that I had to call the store. And they were kind enough to go and look through all the carts and find it for me. They were super sweet about it too.

This place definitely gets 5 stars. Yesterday I was going all over San Antonio trying to find some good platform sandals for my grad party and this was the only store I went to that I could find them for not a ridiculous price. I’ve never really previously shopped at kohl’s before yesterday but I’m definitely going back because they have super cute clothes and really good sales.

Service was fine with the man. The whole in store pick up is a mess. The original lady had me go back & fourth for a pick up order that they are aware doesn't work. For a pregnant lady who's about to pop & is super heavy this was super inconvenient. & before anyone asks why I didn't do curbside they have signs on top of their curbside that says it's unavailable.

Very very clean. Just was hard to find an employee for help and the prices are more expensive than target for the same brand. So we ended up taking back a few things bc we found them cheaper at target. Got a pair of jeans there though that looks amazing on my son!!! Again the place is very clean and in the back you can send back Amazon packages !!!

Good idea putting customer service right up front! They usually have a short wait and they are consistent with having my orders available. The only drawback, which they can't really control, is how they have up front parking for online pick up but the spaces are always full. Every time! Easy location to access and get right back to the highway.

1st time shopping here since the pandemic has subsided. They've done some serious remodeling. Looks great! Even better, prices haven't been hiked up from the pandemic stresses on their financials. Picked up some Rad shoes today! -1star for the cigarette ash tray at the West entrance stinking up the entire entrance area. Yuck!

I'm so grateful for the easy return and pick up at the Bandara store. It has changed since I've been there last and for the good, even has self checkout now. The staff person at the counter was very friendly and took the time she needed with each customer. I appreciate that feeling of not being rushed, thank you!

Construction in the store makes for a bit of an odd experience. Other than the construction the store is large, clean and well lit. All front doors are operation so it makes getting in and out easier than some of their other locations, especially for in-store pickups. Staff is also a bit friendlier and helpful.

3 Associates treated me as a disruption when asked where the Silverware was located - they were just standing around so idk what the deal is because the last thing I want to even do is talk to anybody when I'm out shopping---especially PAYING to have it occurred when they can go to hell I know kohls sucks too!

The markdown sales aren't what they used to be. Also, we were here Dec 12th and they only had cashiers on one side open. The line wrapped around all the way to the back of the store. That's ludicrous this close to Christmas to not have more cashiers. Poorly managed store. The pics are in front and behind me.

Workers aren’t always friendly but I do go here a lot to return Amazon items and shop. I recently got a Kohls charge card and lo and behold they have self checkout too. So annoying. I gave a two star review because of the annoying self checkouts. I refuse to use these anywhere. People don’t like these.

Good selection but very unorganized, especially for being early in the day before it really gets busy. Mens dress and casual clothes were easy to browse but the shoes were a total train wreck. Cashier was super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Signed up for rewards and will definitely be back.

We went to return an Amazon item that was defective. So easy....they have a special area setup and 2 people were taking care of people. Staff handled the return efficiently and gave us a printed receipt for the item. In addition, we received a 25% coupon that we used to purchase a small area rug.

Rosio (I believe is her name) in Sephora is great she helped my daughter who has never worn makeup before getting all the stuff that she needed. She went above and beyond with her customer service and did not blow her off. Thank You again for helping her we greatly appreciate it and will be back.

Found some good clearance deals and some regular deals. Feels like they have changed the layout of the store for the better. All cashier lines were open. Interesting that my friends cashier offered numerous deals and discounts and my cashier didn't say a word. I like discounts too but oh well.

I only return amazon here as I think everything is overpriced. I walk in the store, see a graphic tshirt for kids and know it is double the price for the same tshirt at wallmart. I do like Sephora, but again...overpriced. just not a fan of the store. I do like their bra selections.

This Kohls store is really nice, they are also doing some renovations to make it better. Staff is always polite and professional. The Amazon desk is great as well. Never had a problem with returns and they get the return processed quickly that usually I get refunded the same day.

Shout out to Monica! She knows her products in the Jewelry department. She has exceptional skills in customer service. She handled multiple customers with easy and pure joy. She made time to assist all of us with our questions and purchases. She is a true asset to your store.

With prices the way they are we try to buy only when we get the 20 or 30% coupon. The store does have lots of great clothing but our town is too small to have more than one kolhs. We do travel to San Antonio from time to time and we are able to find stuff we are looking for.

Kohls at Bruan Station is one of our favorite places to shop for our families clothing. This Kohls is always well organized and well kept. Kohls has good products, name brands, and good prices. The children's clothing is current and include styles our kids enjoy.

Love that this place has an Amazon return station! They also give you a coupon to use on the Amazon return receipt. I have found great dresses here last minute shopping plus they now have a Sephora inside. Great one stop shop for many shopping needs.

Kohl's has changed since the last time we were in the store. They have partnered up with some popular brands, such as Sephora. The checkout line has been automated to let you know when the next cashier is available. A nice change.

Actually, I was not shopping at Kholes but Sephora in Khloes. I have never shopped at Khloes, but that was because I lived on an island for many years and Khloes was off the island. I really know nothing about this store.

This location has a lot of selection, but their Buy 1, Get One Half Off deals are not great deals for me because I don't usually want to spend that much money. Their everyday prices without sales or coupons are high.
