I purchased two facial treatments after a skin analysis. So far, I have had only the first treatment & it is too early to talk how satisfied I am from the results of the treatment(s), but I can share my experiences about the service and the saloon. The saloon is super clean & the people who work there are super professional and kind. The treatment was performed in a really pleasant atmosphere and it was a mixture of traditional cleaning and a more sophisticated approach with tools based on light therapy (red & blue). I also can highly recommend Lucas - he was honestly like the best part of my whole experience at the studio! He is knowledgeable about what he does and he also gave me some good advises for my skin and recommended some products. I also mentioned that I have skin prone to irritation and he was very careful to not be too aggressive when cleaning blackheads for example. And on top of that, he is great to talk to! :) If there is anything to criticize, it would be maybe their approach to attracting customers. I know that the skin analysis is done for free with the goal to recommend treatments and this is completely fine. But, what I did not like was that I was not really offered a variety of treatments that I could choose from. Instead there was only one package offered and I felt like this is what is offered to everyone, so I had to take it or leave it. So, in this sense I am bit hesitant if the treatments (with the exception of the cosmetic used, depending if you have dry or oily skin etc.) are really that connected to the skin analysis. But, regardless of that, the treatment was still done in a great & professional manner and I am quite satisfied. I would recommend it! :)

I went there for a hydra facial which was great. I also had some close cromedones that the practitioner extracted. So, my skin feels very soft and more smooth than before. It’s inside a shopping center and is connected to another store directly. They will bring to there to pay after your treatment and try to sell you some more stuff. I ended up buying a scrub and body butter combo that I was happy with until I researched the ingredient list. This Venofye 80€ body butter has worse ingredients in it than the cheapest Rossmann body butter that you can find. For this price, you would expect a decent product. Because of this, I really wouldn’t trust their selection of products. The treatment was great, but unfortunately I won’t go back there again just because I don’t wanna deal with someone trying to sell me something every time I get a treatment.

Habe einen Termin über Treatwell gebucht, und habe die Behandlung nicht wahrgenommen als ich bereits Vorort war. Grund: Der Mitarbeiter (Lucas) sah so fertig aus (Krankheit, Stress o.Ä.) und wirkte sehr durch den Wind, sodass ich mich bei einer Behandlung nicht wohl gefühlt hätte. Ich bin extra aus Brandenburg in die Stadt gefahren - das hätte ich mir absolut sparen können! Wegen Unprofessionalität nicht weiterzuempfehlen! PS: Eine vorzeitige Absage wegen Krankheit wäre durchaus kein Problem für mich gewesen. Aber das war mega uncool.

I met Lukas for the free consultation and he was so honest to tell me that my syringoma problem could not be treated 100% by their service. He recommended me to find a good dermatologist, instead of cosmetician( like they are). Thank you so much for being so kind and redirect me to the right place . I really appreciate that you put the customer’s demand over yours. I will definitely go back to try a facial once I am done dealing with my problem by dermatologist :).

Today was my first experience with a facial care treatment and I am fascinated with this studio, it is situated in a very nice location and the studio itself is a peaceful and nicely decorated place. I had an excellent service from the professionals who treated me, they left my skin beautiful, glowing and renewed. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel pampered in the best hands, and with efficient and fabulous results.

I’ve had the best experience with the treatments as my skin is super clean and it’s texture has improved visibly. Lukas is super kind and attentive, walked me through the steps of the treatments and was super thorough with all the steps. I even received a discount for the products and future treatments.
