One of the worst hair experiences of my life. I went in for a trim, long layers and a trim of my front fringe. The lady cutting was nice enough, but completely botched it. Instead of long layers in my hair, I got layers around my face. My length in one spot was a half inch longer than the rest of my hair. But the worst part was my fringe... I wanted a very light trim and came out with two different lengths. My fringe was above eyebrow length on one side and eyelash length on the other. When I got home I inspected my hair and was extremely upset. I called and arranged to go back in the afternoon to get it fixed. When I got back to the salon with my mother, my mother said that I wanted someone different to cut it and was attacked by one of the hairdressers for being 'rude' and 'hurting' the hairdressers feelings. She was told to stop talking and that she will sort it out. She then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't 'that bad' and told me that I had changed the part and that's why it looked uneven, all the while smirking out of the corner of her eyes to another hairdresser. She trimmed a little bit of the mistake and fixed it slightly, but the damage was already done. She eventually said that it had been cut too roughly in the end and I would just have to wait until it grows out. All the while I felt extremely uncomfortable about her attitude and felt as if I was being reprimanded, as if it was my fault!! Would absolutely never recommend or go back. Shocking business and attitude towards customers. Be warned!!

The hairdresser strongly condescending to me, and preferred to sit and tell me everything I've ever done wrong with my hair and how I was stupid to do so and should've done my homework instead of listening to what I asked for. Asked for an inch off my waist length hair, got a shoulder length bob. I tried a few times to tell her she was taking off too much and she said she was taking off the dead ends and she would just 'even it out'. Even so, I was unhappy with the quality of the haircut, it was very choppy and uneven, and looked "grown out" like I needed a haircut. Throughout the butchering of my hair and lecture about my mistakes, she constantly pushed, pushed, pushed the products they sold at me. I was very unhappy with the experience. The next hairdresser I went to asked me if I'd cut my hair myself or had a friend do it because the cut was so bad. I've had numerous friends who've also been to Kovo and got the same woman, same treatment, same bad result. The other hairdressers in the store seemed pretty pleasant with their customers though, maybe it's just this one.

Clearly they have enough business to not value their clients. Staff not flexible at all. Waited almost 6 weeks for an app. I was advised when I booked it I could change the treatment, but they completely switched at arrival and began to complain they were too busy and booked out. They could you swapped my 1 hour allocation... but I think they just didnt want to "pressure themselves" Were completely care free when I explained it wasnt reasonable, and didnt even try to keep my business. So again clearly too busy to care! Never going back... It not that good customer service you expect put of a hairdresser and client relationship... they dont even call you by your name!!! Tells me...there is NO CARE ATTITUDE!

I walked in after having a very bad experience elsewhere and Finlae and Georgia were fantastic. Finlae offered me the tools I needed to rebuild the condition and strength of my hair. The colour now looks amazing. I know I am not the only who struggles with the chairs at the sink in hairdressers but Kovo hair has the most comfortable chairs they recline and massage you without hurting your neck or water running down your neck. I rated Kovo hair 5 stars as I have never felt so welcomed and informed at a hairdresser ever. Thank you ladies

Absolutely outstanding customer service, everyone here KNOWS about hair and colour plus styles that accentuate your features. I have been a customer for years and wouldn’t change coming here even if I moved. Always walk out feeling like a million dollars. My son walks out feeling confident in himself and the most fussiest person in my family : teenage daughter loves it so much she now will only be seen “by professionals” she says ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We popped in this salon to ask if they could fit 3 of us in for blow waves and 1 up do. The receptionist was friendly and said it would be $40 and could fit all 3 of us in. However then an extremely miserable and rude hairdresser came over and doubled the price and said they couldn't fit us in. After reading the reviews quite glad we left. This hairdresser needs a serious attitude adjustment and some concealer wouldn't go a miss either.

Recently started using this salon, really happy with my blonde colour and long hair blow-wave. Did use this salon a year ago, experience wasn't so great however new owner/manager has made a huge difference. The staff are friendly and very capable, lots of options available and they listen to what you want which is refreshing. Very happy I have found a good salon and the prices are very reasonable :)

I saw Soda to have balayage highlights on my hair and she is amazing! She was so lovely, attentive to what I wanted and did an amazing job. She always checked in to see if I was comfortable throughout the process and if I was happy with the end result. I've gotten so many compliments and questions about where I got my hair done since. I'll definitely be back! :)

First time l went to this hairdresser's , half a head of foils put in then she left the salon to go somewhere left the bleach in to long and my hair was so yellow even when she put a toner in. No comments from her, just rush a quick blowdry of hair, no haircut and it cost $170 . Not happy at all.

I've been seeing Kharli and her team for a long time and every experience at this salon has be positive and every new hair style and colour has been amazing, and there's been a lot!!! I've referred friends to the salon who are now regulars too! Can't say enough to recommend this salon!!
