Brilliant and professional. Over the years we had many contractors doing various renovations/maintenance on our house. I must say, Krools Projects is on another level. Always on time, always communicating and tracking progress, dealing with the issues as they come and making sure the finishing touches are not forgotten. They don’t take shortcuts. They have good knowledge, experience and skill base in various areas. On top of that, Shaun went an extra mile for us in many ways and made sure the final result is near perfection. I am extremely happy with the work done for ne by Krool's Projects. My roof was in a terrible condition, but in the space of 2 days it's in pristine condition. I no longer have to worry that pieces are going to fall off & kill someone. Their service was friendly & the team really know what they are doing. I simply appreciate the responsiveness when it comes to communication on when a job is going to be done. Shaun and his team are very professional and their work ethic is neat, they fine in and get things done. I also loved the fact that although a piece of work was done months ago I could still call on them and tell them that I still had a problem and they came back, reassessed and redone some of the work.
