One star is not sufficient. This hairdresser is a absolute butcher. I have grown my hair for over 20years and it was thick and long . I wanted my hair shoulder length and in a bob with longer bits at the front and layered to take out some weight that wasn't noticeable. She took out chunks to the scalp where if the wind blows I look like I have a dam mullet. She foiled the hair and although it looked okay on appearance due to blow drying and straightening it wasn't until I washed it and felt chunks of my hair gone everywhere at the back under a thin layer and to the scalp on further inspection.I was mortified. I could see clear gaps . My hair is absolutely ruined . She may as well shaved it .

Ha is very friendly and welcoming. Her hair salon is clean and comfortable seating available, and short waiting time. She did a great job cutting my hair and I'm very pleased with the service. Pricing is very reasonable.Highly recommend her, and I'll be definitely coming back for my next haircut.
