Dr. Kuliev is a great man and I am very proud to have him as my doctor. I refer him to you!!! I just started as his patient with some health issues. He has an understanding and he has “patients” built into his personality and this personality trait makes him understand what might work for his “patients”—- me and you. —and he helps understand more about life and health issues that are. or may be affecting the patient he is attending to.
