We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

Called them on Friday shortly before 13:00 regarding a property I was really interested in, told I'd be called back after taking my name and number. No call Friday. Called again on Monday, told I'd be called again, no call again. It's now Wednesday and I've just been informed by a very helpful Freya one of the lettings agents, that the property has been taken off the market and is secured via deposit payment. A previous male member of staff whom I had spoken to on Monday (10:05 in the morning mind you, 35 minutes after their open time) had advised "when we've got another viewing, we'll give you a call back". Freya had mentioned the viewing took place on Monday, so although I had called, I was not given an opportunity to view it whatsoever, honestly wouldn't be surprised if I've been discriminated against.

Kurtis definitely went above and beyond his job on renting my property. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. We found Kurtis from a friend of mine who was already renting his home via Kurtis.As it was my first time to rent my home, we really couldn’t be happier that we found Kurtis. Following are the things that I think Kurtis has been consistently exceeded in (Expertise, Timely communication and Care) Right from the very start Kurtis could not have done any more to help us have a smooth ride whilst renting our property. I am more then impressed with the service that received from last five years! So a big thank you to you Kurtis from the bottom of my heart- we are so very grateful!!! Would highly recommend.

Worst Estate Agents ever had, want to rate them without any star as they don't deserve a single one....don’t use them in any case…!!! Their Goodmayes, Ilford Branch took my £750.00 as holding deposit and didn’t even offered me the flat, for which I have given holding deposit to them. They have no professional administration/manners at all, they're only after your money??? after huge struggle I got some part of my money back but still lost the rest of my holding deposit and haven’t got a place to rent. I even emailed them and told them that I can sue them for this misconduct but no response, no refund at all???

THIS AGENCY IS A BIG SCAM. DO NOT GO FOR THEM AS A TENANT. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. I dealt with Harvey from the Ilford branch which is closed down.We put down a holding deposit of £350. The landlord pulled out from the offer as the house was not ready. Communication was cut after the money was taken. I was chasing him for a full week. Called, messaged and emailed him but nothing. Raised a fraud claim with the bank and I was informed THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY ON THEIR ACCOUNT. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE OPERATING. I FOUND THEM ON ‘on the market’ WHICH IS CONCERNING BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Great job Kurtis! Very Satisfied!! A special mention needs to go to Paul Quatremain, who did an absolutely fantastic job... Selling a house can be a very daunting process, however Paul continually went out of his way to help smooth things out (... even when he was off sick with flu, it didn’t stop him working on my case!)... If you looking to either buy or sell a house I would definitely recommend Kurtis. Well done Paul... I reckon they should give you the job of our next Chief brexit negotiator!!!

No heating in my bedroom for two years. Never fixed. Reported so many times . Out of date fire alarms that the council had to fix, broken mail box, dirty apartment on move in, nobody doing any handovers on move out. Incompetent and rude agents. Weeks to reply. Chase email by chase email. Dreadful, horrific, frustrating. Avoid them if you want rent peacefully. The worst.

These guys are brilliant! The property is as promised! The documentation is perfectly done. Even after a short delay with the referencing company, they (Elliot Dash) speed the process up, and the issue was solved. I can only highly recommend them! 10 out of 10 points!

Kurtis don't actually deal with anything. Only take your rent payment and tell you repairs are down to you or the home owner. Living in damp home with broken doors and leaks. Make sure you have proof of everything or you will get called a liar

Jerome is very good and provided us outstanding service by going extra miles away. He is reliable & reachable even though the person was on holiday or sick leave always answer the call & response with queries without any hesitation.

If i could rate them less than that i definetly would.. stay away please.. Greedy people they don't care about your deposit they are supporting only landlords not tenants. They didn't return my 1750 pounds deposit.
