My experience was great at first until the photo I took in was not met in any way and their colour did not take to my hair at all where they had bleached I sat in the chair from 1:30 to 5:30pm and also started crying in the chair for them to say come back tomorrow and they would fix it, tomorrow came and I wasn’t confident in them fixing their stuff up so I asked for a partial refund as I had to get it fixed elsewhere and they gave me $50 back never will be going back.

Had my hair done by Bec last week, she was absolutely amazing! Showed her a pic of what I wanted and I have to say it was pretty spot on have to admit my hair was in a terrible condition but she worked magic! Lovely salon, friendly staff and while I was there I noticed they really care about their clients. I had never been here before and only booked as I was given a voucher for Christmas, will def be returning and this will now be my go to hairdresser in pakenham.

This salon is amazing! Always leave loving how my hair is. They are honest when asking questions or suggesting colours so that you are never surprised or disappointed. Being a regular I have noticed how my hair has improved since going here rather than the home job. I highly recommend this place to everybody! Even my fiancé would rather get his hair cut here to a barber!

I've been going to Kutting Kapers for years and have always been very happy with the result. Vanessa and Linda always give good advice and a great cut and colour. I have recommended them to many people and cannot wait to return each time I'm due for my next colour. I love catching up with these women and look forward to using them for many years to come.

After a bit of misunderstanding (mostly on my end), I was apprehensive that I was going to get what I wanted.. safe to say, Bec proved me wrong! I have NEVER had so many compliments on my hair, and I've been getting it coloured for nearly 14 years. Truly so thankful to Bec, she did an amazing job. Over priced for minimal effort Had 2 cm trimmed off the ends of my hair, took less than 10 minutes to complete nothing else done to it at all, wasn’t consulted about the price before hand and got a shock when they made the price up on the spot $55, won’t be going back there.

Was charged an extra $10 for a simple hair cut just because my hair was 'really thick', also asked for an ombre and they gave me a few highlights and still charged a fortune. Not worth the money.
