Took my BMW for wheel alignment, but they did not center the steering wheel. Took it back next day, they again did not center the steering wheel. In fact, its even worse. Very frustrating, inconvenient and costly.. not only did I have go back twice, I now have to make time and pay another shop to the job properly.

They gave me a quote with stuff that was not required for what I came for. It was ridiculously high. Thanks to a second opinion I saved a lot of money. So double check your qoute and invoices. Otherwise you'll pay for stuff and you don't need.. Like I did

Kuilsriver branch are a crooked bunch. Avoid like the plague. Lots of "off the book" dealings, with them using excuses like "We can't tell you what we did, because of trade-secrets". DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM....THEY CANNOT BE

Mitchells plain Kwik fit their price on the phone is not the price you will pay that is just to get you there lady gave a price on the phone of R 250.00 for replacing a seal upon arriving their price changed to R1100.00 for the seal

Pathetic service,damaged my Rim and messed up my alignment as well as doing a pathetic job on my balancing resulting in the led pieces falling off the rim.Not the first time receiving this disgusting service.

Will never go to them again, changed my shocks with them and it was done so poorly that the dust stopper scrapped against my tyre and wanted to charge me R450 to fix the problem they made.

Very poor service, they trit customers very bad......how can you strip a car then expect the customer must come tomorrow and leave his car but you told him to wait you will finish quick.

Under handed staff, always looking to charge cheaper so that whomever is helping you can make a extra buk under the table. Has anyone experience this with Kwik fit.

I always get best service and are able ton advice what must happen. they are very quick especially if you go on less busy days and their prices are reasonable.

They make prices up as they go along is ridicules with there prices. Rather get your stuff from Masterparts they deliver for half the priçe.

Worst ever service, seriously have to look at the quality of service these franchises provide. I will never put my foot there again.

Good customer service, however they are so delayed and always understaffed. So you wait longer for your car to be fixed than normal.

I went for a Ignition Coil for my vehicle, Owner tried charging me R1.9k and he said it would take a few days to get the part
