The employees are so friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience here and would love to come back. Genuinely amazing atmosphere and service. I have always had to be a bit careful about where I shop due to my size, as most places don't carry clothes that fit me. I learned throughout my life which stores are good for me and which aren't. Then I moved to a different country, with different stores, and it's like I'm a fat self conscious preteen again, walking into skinny stores and realizing I'm not welcome. A friend recommended this store, and when I went, I was disappointed to learn that they've actually been shrinking the range of sizes that they carry. I was able to find some clothing that fit (read: the amazing employees found some stuff), but I am just on the cusp of fitting into their largest sizes. I had such a great experience there today, and I am sad to know that I probably won't be able to shop here again. If you're able to shop here though, you should. The employees care so much about making your day a little better!

I have mixed reviews on this place regarding the customer service. The store itself is clean, bright, spacious and easy to navigate. The selection and items available were also very good. The service behind the counter was the primary issue. One item rang up incorrectly as it was supposed to be 40% off. She neither checked nor verified if it was on sale. I bought the item anyway to go back after the transaction to look and verify myself. It wasn't even busy and I was the only customer. Needless to say same cashier asked if I wanted a bag and I didn't and then she proceeds to give me one anyway. No thank you for shopping here, etc. When I finished and went to verify the other cashier left her area and I went to her. She came with me and saw the error and fixed it straight away. She was far more courteous and helpful rather than dismissive and ignorant.

The store is spacious and organized... the customer service depends on how lucky you are to get any. The website for online shopping is a total disgrace and an embarrassment, it's designed for 1998 not 2023, it's very much useless, items cannot be selected, the website is slow and unresponsive, probably they want to force people to go to the stores rather than shopping online. The merchandise... slightly overpriced, particularly when it comes to shoes, not that much variety either. The pants are available in just one length: 34 so if you need a 32 you'll have to pay to have them hemmed, this means the store is not stocked regularly... my advice: don't bother with the store.

I bought two pairs of jeans from their website. Two packages were “delivered” at the exact same time, but nothing arrived at my door. 1st purchase from them and really hard to get through customer service. In addition, reading reviews after my purchase and it seems I am not the only one that this has happen to. Will not use again unless this is resolved.

I came in ready to buy thermal pants. When I asked an employee for help, she told me to show her the product on my phone, but I did not have internet. She then refused to help me. The staff there does not have good customer service and are ill equiped.

Went to request a change for a parka as it had a minor defect. Even thou the same model was not available there, the manager helped me to find another store where I could find the same model. Great customer service.

The store has nothing, More over the manager is so rude, I would not prefer anyone to go there ever. They didn't had the will to help rather just ignored me, worst experience ever. I would have given a 0 to them

Good selection of comfortable casual and work clothes and shoes. Prices are very good during sales. Usually not too busy. Friendly and helpful staff.

The variety of cold weather gear is wonderful. We don't have this store or the Mark's store in the US.

Good service in general. Well organized and clean.
