Michael reviewed insurance roof work (2020 Cbr hail storm) after I developed leaks. He responded promptly to my call and subsequent emails. He was polite and professional as he reviewed the work. I was impressed that he thoroughly reviewed the work outside and in the roof cavity (taking pictures and conducting tests). He also took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done by refering to his pictures. It was also great that he didn't mind my being on the roof at the same time. Thanks to his thorough inspection and report for my insurer, the faulty work is being rectified and additional work not identified by the building inspector (that should have been identified) is now also being completed under the original works order. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I will be using Michael's services for upcoming internal and external work.

Dear Phillip and Lina On Friday morning 27 May 2022, I was struggling with a tyre issue at a petrol station in Cammeray when one of your employees, stopped and offered me help. I told him I was about to depart to drive to Orange and he insisted the tyre issue get solved to ensure safety on my trip. After experiencing storm damage at a property I owned my insurance claim proved to be extremely frustrating, disappointing, and bordering on a bad joke if it was not actually happening. The only good to come out of the whole event was the introduction of Phil and his company to undertake the repairs.
