They advertise as taxi and I ordered one. I didn’t ask about price as taxis run a meter. Our driver arrived on time however his trunk was literally unavailable due to a big ice cooler. It was a Prius and there were three passengers with 3 big bags which ended up on top of my son and girlfriend in the back seat. Not to mention he was speeding. I was truly afraid. Oh, they quoted me $80 for the ride to the airport from Culver City. I was able to negotiate for cash price. Our driver did not speak English. Worst experience ever!

For God's sake get someone who can speak at least little understandable English at the phone. I was in emergency and could not communicate with him at all, was he asking pickup location or the drop location God knows. I called back 4times begged that I really need taxi as I am in hurry, he told he cant help and cut my call. I couldnt believe that I was speaking to someone in USA. WASTE OF TIME.

They left me stranded at the youtube theater. Said their driver would be there to pick me in 20 minutes. I called 30 minutes later to see where their driver was and they said, we don't have any drivers. Stranded in the middle of nowhere. Avoid these ppl.

The dispatcher was professional and courteous, and the driver was on time and accommodating. This is my first time using this cab company, but it definitely won’t be my last.

Booked an easy ride through the Ride Yellow app from the airport to downtown. Taxi is a little better than Uber tbh. The quality of drivers are better… for me at least lol.

The driver was rude to us the moment we entered the car. He refused to reply or help with our heavy luggage when we said arrived at the hotel. Disappointing service.
