Please please please stay away from this firm. My wife and I worked with Randy Little and it has been a complete mess. Long story short, we kept checking in with him and he would say I'm going to do it tomorrow or this weekend. We checked in about 4-5 times and it was the same story each time. Tax day came and went and we hadn't heard from him in days, despite constant calling and emailing from us. They do have an auto-reply email saying that if they didn't finish your taxes, then an extension had been filed for you. So we called the IRS and they said that they didn't see an extension on file for us! So we had to file our own extension and estimate how much we owed so we wouldn't be hit with fees. It's now April 27th and there is still awful communication from the team. Last we heard from his was a week ago and he made up some excuse on why he didn't finish our taxes. However, there was NO APOLOGY! Last thing, look at the rest of these google reviews. They all seem pretty fake. Do not trust this firm.

I thought after reading the positive reviews this would be a great company to work with however I experienced nothing but slowness, lies, and excuses. I was dealing with an individual for over two months that was ultimately terminated because he was unable to execute on his promises and was not performing well. I received a call on a Friday to send in some important financial documents and the following Monday I found out he was terminated. Another staff member reached out to me and said he would take care of filing important tax documents and he had a copy of my file, when I followed up with him via phone he never called me back. I followed up with Eric and he said he would call me back the same day and he never called back. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS AS THEY MAY END UP IN THE WRONG HANDS!

We are now in our 3rd year working with LB&J. As a new business we knew close to nothing about formal tax policy and laws. They had the patience to take the time to walk all of through our questions and the complicated landscape of tax law and how it applied to us. They gave us actionable advice that saved us a ton of money that we otherwise would have never been aware of. Over the years our business has grown (and so has the complexity of our company) - this team had no problem catering and guiding us through those changes and advising us every step of the way. Whether it is tax season or not - they were always there for us to help. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We couldn’t be more impressed. WOW! After a really unfortunate situation with a tax preparer who ghosted me for months - Randy at LB+J CPA really helped get my husband and I squared away. We had a ridiculously complicated return spanning 5+ States along with a bunch of other crazy circumstances. Everything got squared away on time and at a very fair rate.
