Worst experience ever. I run multiple restaurants in this area and obviously won't return. In 20 yrs of this position I've never seen a lcbo so unprofessional. I called asking about putting items on my liscence and also prepaying for my items. I was denied and scoffed at with no explanation besides the man saying that would require him having a till. He did offer to put my items aside, which I refused. I decided to go to the location anyway. I asked for help to find Chambord, the staff member didn't know what that was. I then asked him why I wasn't allowed to purchase on my liscence over the phone or prepay for my items. He said this isn't a service they provide. Considering were in a pandemic prepayment seems proactive, especially considering there was no cleaning treatment of the debit machines, at least in front of me. Any Mississauga location I've done business w do offer this service so it threw me off. This location definitely needs to brush up on customer service skills.

Went to pick up expensive liquor. The manager was extremely obnoxious, rude, and yelled at us. He said he did not care for our business as it is a government job. He said “You can leave the store if you want.” The other cashiers were surprised and when we asked to speak with someone else above this guy, there was no one. When asked for his name, he hid his name tag. Didn’t look like he wanted to be there working. Avoid this LCBO!!! Management, please do something about this rude and obnoxious so called manager. Unfortunately, there is no other place to buy liquor but the LCBO and deal with such abusive people. Hoping someone will address this.

I don't think there is a way to give a negative review to somewhere that gets you drunk but let me explain why this location goes above and beyond. To start, they have never been out of stock of anything I have went for. Additionally, All the staff here are amazing. They go out of their way to help you and to remember you if you visit often. I don't think I've even been to an LCBO where I've had a staff recognise me before showing my ID and know me by name and ask me how everythings been going. And following up with a past discussion. Highly recommend going to this location.

If I could give them no stars I would. The employees are completely disrespectful. I was carded as a 29 year old woman who looks different than her ID because I’m not wearing eye make-up. I was asked to take off my mask, which at this point 2 years into a pandemic is just beyond me. The shift lead today, ended up telling me the rules are now to card anyone who looks under 30. If you can’t tell an 18 year old apart from a 30 year old you probably shouldn’t work at a place where you have to guess peoples ages.

Great example of a monopoly. One star b/c the Staff is really friendly and helpful. Too bad the selection is awful. Impossible to get new, unique or highly in demand vintages or releases. Prices are higher than any other countries - Yellow tail was once told that they can't sell it for that low and told to charge the LCBO more as the LCBO can only increase a % over purchase price. The other star is only because they carry alcohol (and sadly are better than The Beer Store).

Horrible, the staff is rude. I asked for help looking for something and the gentleman told me it would be in her area I was clearly looking in, I asked the girl at the front, she did a quick search but the second someone else got in line instead of calling someone else to cash she just told me she couldn't find it. I was on the website before and after I left, it says they have 50 on the shelf. Pathetic excuse for customer service.

I appreciate all the help and support that was provided by Manager lady who served me but before her I was harassed twice within time span of 45 mins by a fair skin, short height, french beard man without name tag. It was total unpleasant and unwanted experience which no customer deserve, even if they look young according someone else doesn’t mean they are actually young and gives you the ticket to treat disrespectfully.

Checked their online stock, reached the store & after.... they didn't have any. And online it said 103 units. I know, blame it on COVID-19.... Walk over to The Beer Store , they have the numbers mentioned on the website. LCBO , get your Inventory guy WORKING.... & get rid of the slackers. I'm pretty sure there are others out there with the same problem.

We walked in unsure of what we wanted to grab. Andy was absolutely incredible, he spent over 20 minutes figuring out what our likes were and giving us different recommendations. If you have any questions he’s more than willing to help and is completely genuine. We will definitely only be coming back to this LCBO thanks to Andy! Highly recommend.

Do you drink? Then you have been here before. I came because there was no line up today. Also there was a sale going on and if you know at all then you know that I love a sale. Now the jumbo bottles are back. 3litres and up. Looks like things are slowly going back to normal. The staff was very friendly. Had a good experience today.

Upon entering the store we had great help from a very friendly and knowledgeable representative named Andy. He was very outgoing and gave us some wonderful recommendations. Next time we go in we will definitely be asking for him by name as he is what made our experience at the store as positive as it was.

The worst customer service experience I ever had in my life they refused to service me because I refused to take my prescription glasses off so they could verify my ID that I present them. Who would know that taking down ur mask wasn’t enough of a burden. This Incident happened on June 4 at 7:54 PM

I've been here multiple times, but this review is based off my latest experience. I went Saturday on a long weekend, the down side was the shelves weren't as stocked as they normally are. But the staff did a good job to continually keep up with shelf inventory. They are friendly, and helpful.

If you have ever been to any LCBO in the past in a different location then you know exactly how this one looks since it's like a big box store that follows the same pattern at each location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to find what I needed relatively quickly

Visited this location this past weekend and everything is really organized and neat. The cashier was extremely nice & the security guard that I saw on my way out was nice as well. Overall this is a good location that wasn’t too busy & they have a big selection in pretty much everything

Called ahead to reserve 2 bottles, which were ' IN STOCK ' --> Vintages Section, SPANISH BRANDY - arrived at store, over to ' Service counter ', where bottles were on hold for me - wonderful, no fuss, no hassle...paid & left with a smile - great service, cheers …

Guy asks for ID even when you're very clearly of drinking age, wasn't overly rude but just unwelcoming in his service attitude. I'll stick to the Mavis location from now on, much friendlier atmosphere. Shame because this one has a slightly wider selection of rum.

Busy location with helpful staff and a large selection of new products. Bought "No Boats On Sunday" Apple cider beverage. Reasonably priced, refreshing flavour, and introduced this product to many friends who prefer it over Strongbow or Somersby Cider.

Some empty shelves and spaces. Went in looking for the french white wine used at GBC classes. Took a little searching but I was pleased that I was able to find the wine, also at a decent price. Will definitely be back.

I had bad experience today at this LCBO! The cashier (white old man) was super disrespectful and no greetings at all or putting my purchase into a bag! I had to ask him. I know life is hard, but he was just so rude.

What can you say about LLBO. This location was a good size but did not have my favorite IPA, or, my favorite premixed margarita brand. Very disappointing in that way. Otherwise had a large selection of products.

I go there because it's the nearest locarion but I would rather not. I have never been treated nicely by their staff for some reason. Maybe I should have less colour pigments on me the next time!

Staff here absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of vintages is the best I've seen on the West end. I will go out of my way to check here for future gifts and dinners.

Good selection but if you're looking for more craft beers and import beers their selection is slimmer than others (I'd suggest going to Meadowvale Town Center location for those)

With is GOOGLE spying on me? I go to a store of public place and, sure enough, I get a message on my cell phone shortly after leaving asking me to "rate this place."

I mean it's a LCBO nothing too special about it but I would say the atmosphere there is nice with plenty of choices. The staff were nice and they really help me out

This store has to have the worst customer service level of ANY lcbo I have been in. Slow, lazy and rude seems to be the criteria to work at this location.

Easy in, easy out, friendly staff vast selection. Would recommend to check from their website prior to ensure what your looking for is in stock.

This LCBO doesn't seem to have as much stock as the LCBO near Winston Churchill and Eglinton. It's smaller, bit still has a decent selection.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is bright and well laid out not hard to find anything really. The lines are very quick.

This is the largest and hence the flagship store for the LCBO in Mississauga. Their"Vintages" section is massive and is well stocked

Someone should educate them that New Zealand is an independent country with a thriving wine industry. It is not part of Australia.
