In 2020 after the first covid crises I just want to say that the excellent and professional service I received from Wouter van Schalkwyk and Erika de Lange for their hard word of selling my house in Constantia Kloof. The did consult me and signed the mandate on the 9th June 2020 and start marketing it. I received an cash offer middle July 2020. The new owners took occupation on the 1st September 2020. During that time my Husband pass away and still they went out their way to help me cope with the situation of sadness, finding a new place to stay and support me. All the concerning phone calls I received from them and sometimes a quick pop-in. The day I had to hand the keys to the new owner, it was not just terrible moment but also heart breaking, because staying in a house for 40 Happy years and building a family. Wouter van Scalkwyk was with me to dry my tears and support me and did let me have a moment to go through the house to say and recall all happy moments. What a Agent !!! Our experience has not been a good one. Their admin seems be be useless. One month, our account was debited for a random, unauthorized amount that took almost 6 weeks for them to rectify. Then when our lease ended and we moved out, they debited our account for rent which we demanded they paid back immediately and now, we are still waiting for our rental deposit back when we were told "within a week" This company seems to think forgiveness is easier to ask for than permission. I will be glad to be rid of them when my money in back and will never use them nor recconmend
