Definitely in the top 2 of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have ever had. Ordered online with the online store, delivery communication was little to non-existent. The customer service correspondence is very dismissive. The goods I ordered were very, very poor quality. The editing done to the pictures on the store site and IG page completely misleads the customer of the real product. The return policy is also quite shady. So much room for improvement needed in all areas.

Ordered an outfit and they didn't have the color I was looking for but after I have explained that I needed that specific outfit for my birthday, hey they made it happen with a specific color I wanted.... And I Received my outfit, it was more than what I expected...beautiful material.. Right size... Loved it... Thank you Leebex❤️❤️♥️ N.. This was the 2nd time I ordered from them... I recently bought a Lee Bex dress,they made the dress earlier than anticipated, they used good quality material the color was was exactly as it was on their Instagram picture. What shocked me was the material...it was just so beautiful. I love love my dress i felt like a queen in church this Easter.
