As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Not a customer, but not a fan either!!!!! My daughter ( who is pregnant ), and I were abused in the middle of the street by a staff member who drives around Craigieburn with his self entitled attitude, in his shiny white Jag. Silly fellow was wearing his work jacket. He wanted to reverse back down a one way street to park in a space that I had already indicated for. I complained to the company, and wasnt much more impressed by the respone -" I'll talk to him ", was the only response. Not impressed!!!!
